Had a really nice experience at their store location in the Midwest. The sales associate was so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a cool bandana necklace that's perfect for spring. Definitely going back.

Awful customer service. I paid for overnight delivery and my items didn't arrive by the promised date. I asked if they'd refund the shipping cost since it was their mistake, and they said no twice. There are so many other places to buy jewelry. I won't be going back and I'm telling my friends to avoid this place too.

I've been loyal to this brand and made purchases before. This time I ordered a Valentine's Day gift based on their email that said Order Today and Get It by Valentine's Day. Here we are, three days past Valentine's and the package still hasn't shown up. It's supposed to arrive in two more days, making it five days overdue. What really gets me is how the customer service team treated me when I reached out via email and phone. They were rude and didn't even apologize. Both representatives basically said it's not technically late based on their website disclaimer, so what's my problem? They made me feel like I was the one at fault. This whole experience is unacceptable.

I understand there are plenty of complaints out there, but my experience with their after sales support has been really great. I got one of their simple G rings at a fair price and loved it so much I wore it constantly. After about a year it got a little bent out of shape, so I took it to the store and they swapped it out for me with no questions asked. I've had other pieces replaced before too, and every time they were super nice about it. They never grilled me about how I was wearing the jewelry or made me dig up old receipts. It was always quick and easy. I honestly don't know of any other brand at this price point that will replace things free of charge like they do. It makes me feel good knowing I can enjoy wearing my pieces without worry. Whenever I like a design they have, I make sure to buy from them.

I'm disappointed with how this company handles customer issues. Someone gave me a ring with a basic heart engraving, but it was too big for my finger. The staff said because it was engraved they couldn't take it back or exchange it. I get that they can't do that for super personalized custom work, but this is a standard engraving option everyone can choose. When I asked about resizing, they said they don't do that either. What really bothered me is they didn't offer any solutions like store credit, connecting me with a local jeweler, or even a discount to reorder the right size. For what you're paying, you'd expect them to actually help problem solve. I can't recommend them to anyone.

I've been a customer for a while now. At checkout I added a 25 dollar coupon that seemed to go through, but then when I went to finish paying it disappeared. Also, the two rings I bought years ago are now marked up from 275 to 340. When I contacted them about this, customer service was no help. I'm getting this as a gift so I have to go through with it, but honestly I'm done ordering from them after this. Plus we had issues with our first order where stones came loose. The prices are too high for the quality and the service is lacking.

Got a Parker necklace and some charms for my granddaughter's birthday. While I was browsing their Huggie earrings caught my eye, so I grabbed a pair. I've literally had these little diamond Huggies in my ears for two weeks straight and I'm obsessed. My granddaughter loves her necklace too. The pieces are timeless and work for any generation. The chain snapped after just one week. I brought it back and got a replacement that was pricier because it had thicker links and seemed more durable. That one broke the very next day. When I went back a third time, I was done. The only option they offered was another personalized bracelet which felt pointless. They wouldn't give me a refund even though the product literally didn't work for wearing. Now I have a 109 dollar store credit sitting there that I don't really want to use. The personalized pieces clearly have quality issues and making trips back to swap them out keeps happening. Plus buying something else feels wrong since the whole point was having that sentimental message on it. Most retailers offer refunds when something doesn't work as intended, but not them. They'll refund unused items but not something that's broken.

I got a bracelet for my birthday in November while I was visiting family out of state and absolutely loved it. That's why I decided to buy 3 more as gifts for some friends. I chose to pick them up at a local store to save time. When I called to arrange pickup, the staff asked if I wanted them gift wrapped, and I said yes. They had everything ready in under 3 hours, and the wrapping job was incredible with gorgeous pink boxes and cloth bows. I was so impressed that I placed another order on December 16th for 2 pieces for Christmas gifts, selecting 2 day delivery. The website didn't have a gift wrap option during checkout, but a popup came up asking about the gifts. Since I wasn't sure if they'd automatically be wrapped, I emailed right away mentioning how great the previous wrapping was and requesting the same service. I got a response on December 18th saying my order had already shipped so they couldn't add gift wrapping, but they could mail it separately.

I was about to purchase earrings for my wife from their catalog when I found out the prices were completely different from what was advertised. When I called and brought this up, the person on the phone basically said yeah that's what they do here with zero concern. The whole place feels sketchy. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Really impressed with this company. They have beautiful pieces AND amazing customer service, which is hard to find. When something came in damaged, they fixed it quickly and without any problems. You're doing a great job. We'll definitely be ordering again.
