Got a Govee table lamp (which I really dig) along with some Gaming Light Bars Pro. The light bars themselves are great but they're not living up to what the website says they should do. I've emailed their support three times and they've ghosted me. The lights are nice but their support team is basically non-existent. I reached out about the main feature I wanted - synching with games and videos on my TV - because the product info mentioned a built-in high-sensitivity camera for this. I never found a camera in the box or attached to the control unit. Couldn't locate one on their site either. This feels misleading since that's the whole reason I bought them. I've sent my question through multiple channels but haven't gotten help.

Reached out to Govee for a replacement and got denied. Turns out both problems were the transformer box, and they don't supply replacement parts on their own. With what I paid for these lights, it's disappointing that the company doesn't back their stuff. I also invested in 5 projectors separately, bringing my total spend over a thousand dollars. In hindsight, should've gone with another brand.

Got this as a gift and I'm not going to sugarcoat it - it's pretty terrible. The thing literally fell apart 7 days after I hung it up. Won't stick to any wall no matter what you do. Skip this product, it's just cheap quality.

Hands down the worst customer support I've dealt with. Got the wrong shipment and asked for an exchange. They said they'd send me return labels, I sent pictures and everything they asked for, and then nothing for 2 months. I've been trying live chat and email but keep getting the runaround.

Purchased a couple of humidity sensors about 8 months back and one stopped functioning. I filed a claim through the app and boom - they had a replacement heading my way that same day, arriving within 2 days. This was seriously the quickest and easiest customer service experience I've had. Really impressed with the build quality of their stuff too, both the app and physical devices. Definitely planning to grab more of their products.
