Even during that massive snow storm last week the package only ended up being delayed by a day instead of arriving early like it normally would. And here's the thing about my consumables order - they got to me in two days with no shipping charge. That's wild. My Hyer device has been working without a single issue since I got it. GPen pulls shady marketing tactics where they offer you a better deal right after you already paid for something. Seriously though, literally a few minutes after I finished checking out they texted me saying there's a sweeter deal available but oops, too late for that now. That's just wrong.

The tank design on the G pen micro+ is really poor. I've gone through two replacement tanks and both failed on me. You can keep it spotless and it still falls apart. They last a couple months and then stop working, flashing red and green lights before dying completely. Getting a new tank with shipping costs me twenty three bucks every time, which adds up quick. Find a better product.

The GPen Micro + Vaporizer for concentrates has been fantastic for what I need. I'm really impressed with how straightforward everything is - charging it up, putting in product, operating it, and keeping it clean are all super simple. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company. I received the G pen micro concentrate vaporizer and it was completely unusable right out of the box. I contacted them within minutes of opening the package, told them I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. They flat out refused, claiming it was already used. The thing tasted like burnt chemicals and had a weird electrical taste. They told me to run a burnout cycle to fix it. I explained that any legit company should be doing those burnouts before shipping so customers don't have to breathe in toxic fumes. I did what they suggested anyway but it didn't help and I wasted some good product trying. They took fifty bucks from me and I got lucky compared to people on here who spent way more. This is honestly on me for not looking into reviews first. If you're thinking about ordering from this site, just know there's a real possibility you're going to feel like you threw your money in the garbage. That's exactly what happened to me and seems like it's happening to tons of other people too. Terrible quality items and even more terrible customer support.

I bought the Gpen roam and it clogs every single use, taking forever to clean. This makes it pretty much unusable and definitely not something you can carry around easily. I tried posting a negative review on their site but they only accept positive ones. Be careful of any company that won't let customers leave honest feedback online.

Absolutely amazing service. I bought something during a Black Friday promotion but realized on the following Monday that I'd picked the wrong item. Total mistake on my end. Never had worse customer service in my life. My product was out of stock but nobody let me know. I waited over thirty days and they just canceled it without even telling me. When I finally called to ask what happened they were genuinely rude about the whole thing. Honestly one of the worst experiences ever, especially for 2022.

The mouthpiece gets way too hot and can actually burn your lips. The device cuts off after five minutes which isn't nearly enough time to finish the herbs loaded in there. The mouthpiece opening is a pain to clean out and the material started breaking down immediately after one session. The temperature settings don't seem to match what they claim either. The portable size is nice and the idea behind it is solid, but they really need better engineering on this thing.

Legal complications, they said. No replacement parts available. No discount offered. No suggestions on fixing it. After going back and forth twice they basically said I was out of luck. I tried explaining that seventy five dollars was significant money for me and I was just trying to maintain the device. They weren't interested in helping. I'm on a fixed income and can't justify dropping another seventy five dollars on a new unit just because the cleaning caused a component to fail. It's disappointing that they won't stand by their products. Regular folks like me don't have unlimited budgets to replace things whenever they break. I really hope they'll reconsider their approach to customer support and warranty issues. I got nothing but silence and rejection. That's a pretty terrible way to treat your customers. Don't recommend buying from them.

I wish I'd done more homework before ordering from this outfit. Their website looks totally legit and professional. I put a G Pen in my cart on January seventh and got a message saying if I bought right then it would go out quickly, but otherwise there'd be delays from January eighth through the nineteenth. I believed it and went ahead. My order confirmation said it would ship soon but also mentioned delays due to current conditions with a ten to fourteen day wait. I wasn't thrilled but figured I should trust what the system told me. Two weeks passed and I was fed up, especially since I had travel plans coming up. I couldn't get a shipping date from anyone on their support team. After looking at what other people said online, I discovered that shipping problems and poor customer service happened constantly no matter the time of year. Really disappointing. I sent them an email with no response. Tried messaging them on Twitter since they were still posting, nothing. Got on their live chat and finally just canceled the whole thing. The actual product might be solid but dealing with getting it to your door is a nightmare.

Bought an item for one hundred eighty dollars. It's been almost a month and I still don't have it or my money back. When I contacted Grenco Science they keep telling me it shipped but can't issue a refund until the item arrives. It supposedly shipped but there are no tracking updates. Ordered mid-June, writing this in mid-July. Do not buy from them. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

Grenco Science basically scammed me out of my money. I spent over two hundred dollars on their Gpen Gio products and they're straight up refusing to ship what I ordered. All I get are excuses and the runaround when I try to email them for answers. Grenco Science, just send my stuff already.

I placed an order on April 28th. When I checked in on May 4th asking where it was since I'd paid extra for expedited shipping, they told me to expect another week and a half wait. That's completely unacceptable. Their website doesn't mention anything about shipping delays, only customer service delays, and they won't pick up the phone. I'm giving them a one star because they couldn't even bother to notify me about the holdup on something I'd already paid for.
