No Response to My Concerns Received a Frankie table with 4 folding chairs. Noticed a small dent after setting it up. Sent an email to support over a week back and still no reply. Inside the box was a note about saving the packaging and repackaging for return, but repacking seemed impossible, which is why I reached out via email in the first place. Grandin Road hasn't even bothered getting back to me so I can figure out next steps. Really disappointed by the lack of follow-up.

Dressers Ruined Bedding Due to Paint Residue Got 2 Rylan Wide Dressers in navy and they look beautiful but are basically unusable. The interior drawer paint started peeling off and stained all my bedding. Reached out to customer service but kept getting different people with the same generic responses or nothing at all. I even offered to exchange if they could assure the issue wouldn't happen again and sent photos plus video proof of the ruined items and paint coming off when I touched it. Still nothing! Eventually I got fed up and demanded they pick it up or swap it. They emailed a pickup date with zero heads up call and never offered to make it right for my ruined stuff. Their customer service is useless and I'll never buy from them again. Absolutely shameful.

Queen Air Mattress on Frame is Junk! Bought their pricey air bed setup. Only used it like 3 times over several years and the mattress gave out. They did replace it when I called since they admitted the deflated position causes cracking. Fast forward, the kids jumped on it, the frame broke, and the new mattress got punctured. Their response? "Sorry, warranty's done." Don't throw your money away on this garbage or this company. You'll find better quality stuff at Walmart.

Dishonest Company Don't Use Them Their inventory system is either completely out of sync or they're being intentionally dishonest. I bought Christmas decorations and ordered matching items from other retailers to coordinate with my purchase. Zero communication about what was happening with my order. I had to call and hunt down information myself. The automated system said it was still processing, but the original confirmation email showed cancelled. When I called, they admitted they never actually had the items in stock to ship. Unbelievable! Between the inventory mess and terrible customer service, this place is a nightmare.
