They should really screen their drivers better. I have a couple dependable ones, but everyone else either takes forever or never shows. The drivers won't respond to messages and somehow support thinks five dollars makes it okay. Hold your delivery people to a higher standard.

Management needs to be stricter about which drivers they bring on board. Sure, I have some solid regulars, but generally speaking orders are delayed or missing altogether. Communication from drivers is basically nonexistent and support figures a five buck credit solves the problem. Time to actually enforce standards with the people representing your brand.

After I pushed back and asked them to call the restaurant to check, they found out it had closed down. We tried one more time but they kept delaying everything, then suddenly my order gets canceled. Called support yet again and they said a driver had already picked it up but had no clue where our food ended up. I'm over trying with this company. My bad experiences definitely beat out any good ones. When they offered a five dollar credit, I said absolutely not. Done with them.

We tried placing another order but kept getting delays, and suddenly I see a message that the whole thing got canceled. I phoned support again and was told a different driver had picked up my order but nobody knew what happened to it. This is the last straw for me with Grubhub. The disasters have definitely outweighed the wins. They offered me a measly five dollar credit and I turned them down. I'm moving on.

I contacted support a third time and was told another driver had grabbed our order but nobody could figure out where our meal went. I'm finished with this service. The negative experiences far outweigh any good ones. Plus they offered me just five bucks in credit to make up for it, which I declined. Not interested anymore.

Absolutely terrible customer support that doesn't actually support a broken service. We've had ongoing problems with this company repeatedly and I typically don't even bother leaving feedback because the situation is that bad.
