He kicked a glass bottle while playing with our dog, and it shattered and cut his leg, but those quality pants prevented a deep wound. The integrity of your products is outstanding. I absolutely adore the styles and designs Gymboree offers. With three boys, I loved being able to mix and match their coordinating sets and get them all dressed alike from head to toe, including socks and outerwear. Their summer swimwear collections were always a favorite of mine. The clothing is super durable and built to last.

This was my absolute worst experience with customer service ever. I placed an order online and the package never arrived. I contacted the carrier and they told me to call the store. Customer service said there was nothing they could do and told me to file a dispute through my bank for a refund.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience and online ordering disaster I've ever encountered. I spent $200 on an order and entered my billing address, but somehow the company shipped it to an old address I haven't lived at in years. They apparently had it stored in their system. I called right away expecting a simple fix like canceling and reshipping, but they just told me to call UPS. After a long ordeal, the package was delivered to a stranger. Now I can't get Gymboree to respond. I can't recommend this company to anyone.

What a nightmare. I placed a clothing order worth $500, but they didn't pay the shipping carrier. Now I'm stuck with a $300+ bill that they refuse to cover. I'm having to deal with the shipping company on my own because of this. I won't be ordering from them again. Their customer service is absolutely useless.

This is a wonderful brand. The clothing and accessories I purchase here are incredibly durable and always look brand new no matter how much they get worn.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering online. I bought several hundred dollars worth of clothes for my grandkids for Christmas. After returning some items shortly after the holiday, I've been waiting forever for my refund. Every time I call, I get the runaround. With 4 grandchildren and typical spending of $100-150 each, I'm done shopping here. I wonder if their poor business practices are why they're closing locations.

Shop in-store if you must, but definitely avoid ordering online from Gymboree. Their service is terrible. I ordered an item that wasn't available at shipment time, but they never told me. After 4 weeks they sent a revised order with no real explanation. When I called customer care, they just said ignore the previous email and sent nothing after that. Recently I had store credits to use. Everything showed in stock when I ordered, but only one item shipped. Based on my past experience, I called to check on the missing items. They said no, items weren't available, but nobody notified me beforehand. I didn't want to waste my credits, so I asked to swap for a different item. My original was $43 before credits, but there was nothing at that price point. I asked if I could order two items to use all my credits, and they said no. I ended up settling for a $35 item, meaning they kept $17 of my credits that I'll supposedly get credited back to my account.

I can't even track my order status. After my payment goes through and my money is taken, the order just vanishes. There's no customer service to help. I won't be trying again.

The customer service is absolutely terrible and nearly impossible to get ahold of. The quality doesn't justify what they're charging for these clothes.

After 2 years of frustrating experiences with both the stores and online ordering, I'm done. I've dealt with them not honoring rewards, refusing exchanges, rude staff, and management issuing expired coupons that I had to drive 30 minutes back to the nearest location to fix. Today was just another example. I ordered something on October 12th that was sold out online, and by the 26th I still hadn't received anything. When I tracked it, there was no information. I called customer service and found out they never shipped it because it was out of stock, and they never contacted me or refunded my money. If I hadn't called, they probably would've just kept my cash. That's stealing in my book. No wonder they're filing bankruptcy and shutting down stores.

The website is not secure and doesn't tell you until after you've already shopped. Their $25 coupon didn't work at checkout. When I called for help, I was put on hold for ages. The clothes are cute but the prices are way too high. You can find basically the same stuff at Target for a lot less money.

When UPS lost my package, they refunded my money to Gymboree instead of to me. I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get my refund, and was finally told I'd get it. I never did. Now I'm back on hold waiting for a supervisor, who apparently may not even exist. I talked to one associate who was supposed to transfer me to someone helpful but got disconnected. Another rep said my refund would go to my card but then wrote in the notes that I need to dispute it through my bank, which she never mentioned. Another staff member has now had me on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor. Just stay away from this company.

This company really gets it. They offer high quality, cute styles, fantastic discounts, and genuinely helpful customer service from all their staff. I'm obsessed with them. Three years ago when my daughter was born, I started shopping here. I've spent about $600 on clothes but paid only $200 thanks to their sales. My daughter is always the most fashionably dressed and adorable kid around. We're a family that's completely loyal to this store.

This is a fantastic company across the board. The clothing quality is excellent, the styles are adorable, and their sales are unbeatable. The customer service team is helpful and the staff goes above and beyond. I've been shopping here for 3 years and absolutely love it. I spent around $600 worth of items but got them for just $200. My daughter looks like a total fashionista in everything. This is definitely our family's go-to store.
