I own several pairs of Keds sneakers and recently wore a new pair of white canvas with blue trim. After stepping in a puddle, the blue dye bled all over the white. Can you explain why this happened and offer me any compensation?

Kedsdeutschland is a fake operation! There's zero customer service and no order tracking. I spent 80 euros on two shoes and have been waiting two months with nothing to show for it.

I'm having the same problem as other customers with shoes that fall apart and a 7.95 dollar deduction on returns. I figured the sale shoes weren't worth the hassle of sending back, but I might as well take the small hit. Sure, Keds makes nice looking shoes, but the quality has really gone downhill and doesn't match the price you're paying, even on sale. These shoes are basically unwearable and should be sold as defective items at bargain prices.

They sent me shoes with damage and then want you to pay to send them back. That's a straight up scam in my book. I'm not buying from them ever again.

Ordered white shoes for my daughter's school on August 13th and they got lost. The replacement pair was sent on August 23rd but didn't arrive until September 1st or later. Converse would have gotten them to me way faster. Go with them instead.

Terrible experience! I bought shoes for 28 and got charged double at 56! The site advertised free shipping but then there were no shipping options to choose from. I tried canceling within minutes and couldn't do it. Definitely avoid this place. These folks are not a legitimate Keds retailer!

Just be aware that if you need to return anything from an online order, they'll hit you with charges plus shipping costs too. Skip Keds and spend your money somewhere better.

Eight dollars just to return something? That's crazy and should be obvious before you buy. If I had known about the return fee, I never would have placed the order in the first place. The shoes ran tiny, so I had to send them back, and now I'm out almost eight bucks. That's basically a quarter of what I spent on them. Never shopping with them again.

The box showed up totally crushed and beat up, but the outer shipping box was fine. They literally sent me a smashed box. The shoes didn't fit right either and they wanted 7.95 to take them back! I won't shop here again!

This website has the same look and sketchy technical setup as other knockoff Keds sites I've seen. My partner fell victim to credit card fraud on one of these fake sites. There are a bunch of these copycat domains all registered around the same time in 2021 and they're all running the same scam. It's pretty unprofessional that the real Keds hasn't done more to protect their brand name and domain.

Bought a pair of Keds online and it took nearly two weeks just to ship from the warehouse. I emailed after a week asking about the delay and they said they'd send it out that day, but it didn't actually go out for another week. When I first ordered, the site said 24 to 48 hours dispatch time, but they changed that wording twice on their site after I complained to make the delay sound more normal. The whole process took almost three weeks and the shoes arrived too late for what I needed them for. The customer service rep seemed like she couldn't care less. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

First time I ordered Keds from their website and the experience was awful. When the shoes arrived, there was a giant stain right on them. Total scam! They sent me a scarf when I ordered shoes and promised to refund my money but never did. They stopped responding to my emails. I reported them to Google and to the official Keds company, but the fake site is still up and running.
