Buyer beware with this retailer right now. They won't honor returns or exchanges for defective items, and there's no way to actually speak with anyone. You only have email, which may go unanswered. I got a seven foot light post decoration for the holidays, but the garland attachment pieces are broken. I'm still waiting to hear back from them, even though the item is still being sold. I also ordered rain chains that fell apart when I tried to hang them because the connection point wasn't secure. No one is available to discuss getting a replacement. Consider yourself warned.

They told me it would take ten business days to process the return plus another 72 hours for the refund. When I asked about the status, they said returns from September 26th are being handled now. You just get automated responses claiming someone will get back to you within a day, which never happens. Once they have your payment, you're on your own. After you order, the items don't show up. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent practices and shut down. If you do business with them, contact your credit card company and report the charges as fraud. I submitted a review about a Peanuts themed holiday tree that Hammacher refused to put on their site. I won't be ordering from them or their parent company again. I'd wanted this item for years because I love Snoopy, but after reading reviews for the parent company, I was hesitant. When I spotted it on sale at HS, I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, I was let down. The quality is just mediocre. The packaging itself looks like something from a discount dollar store and won't hold up to repeated yearly use. The figurines are well packed, but the overall craftsmanship is uninspired. The placement of the characters looks uneven, and Pigpen hangs so low he covers up other pieces. Adjusting him is tricky and requires careful handling. The branches don't look nearly as detailed as the pictures suggest. Plus, there's barely any description of what these products are actually made from, which makes me think they're not very proud of the materials or construction.

I bought a personal massager and nothing in the product catalog or online listing indicated it was only for women, unlike their other similar product which does mention that. When it arrived I realized it wasn't going to work for me, but they won't accept a return. The representative promised to call me back to discuss options but never did. I'm out nearly sixty dollars plus shipping, and I can't use what I received. The product description needs to clearly state who it's designed for. I'm asking you to make this right and refund my purchase.

I wish I could give zero stars. They charged my card on November 5th, then mailed the wrong product in the wrong shade on December 13th. I shipped it back and they got it on December 17th. When I called on December 21st (it was supposed to arrive for Christmas), they said they had the correct one available but needed 21 days to send it. Now 30 days have passed, and they're telling me they aren't doing replacements at all. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your money on this company.
