Disappointing. Used to buy New Era hats when they were cheap. Dropped $55 on a brown Padres hat with an off-center, crooked design. Absolute garbage. Sending it back tomorrow.

I'd advise against buying from Hat Club. They mark up their so-called premium hats pretty heavily but deliver cheap, misshapen caps instead. Worse yet, if you need to return something, they'll charge you a restocking fee plus all shipping expenses. Won't be a repeat customer.

Stay away from Hat Club if you know what's good for you. They charge premium prices for hats that are honestly pretty low quality and weirdly constructed. The real kicker is their return policy - you'll get slapped with fees and have to cover shipping costs too. Once was enough for me. Won't be going back.

Not worth buying from this place. Their return process is ridiculous - a $52 hat ended up costing me nearly $80. I paid to ship back an exchange for the wrong size even though I used their sizing guide, and then they refused my return claiming shipping damage. The hat looked slightly creased in their photos. My only choices were paying again to get it sent back or having them donate it to charity, which feels like a cover for reselling. This company finds every way possible to squeeze extra money out of returns. Absolutely won't purchase again and strongly suggest finding another retailer.

Paid extra to get two-day FedEx delivery so my son's hat would arrive before his birthday. They charged me the premium but shipped it USPS instead, which means it'll be late. I also had trouble getting the email signup discount code to work in time. Frustrating experience.

I tried using a discount code from their homepage thinking it might help, but instead it charged me $80 for three hats. They already had my payment info stored, so it went through without warning. I emailed Monday asking about a refund or voucher for the difference. Their response was that the 10% discount they applied eliminated the promo, which isn't how it should work. When I asked if I should refund and reorder, they suddenly shipped my order within minutes and then refused to refund because it's a sale item. I wanted those three hats specifically because of the $60 deal, but at full price they weren't worth it. Their customer service rep seemed completely indifferent and just collecting a paycheck. I accepted the order but won't be back.
