Really sketchy practices here. I started the free trial and decided partway through it wasn't for me. No heads up came my way about the trial ending or the charge coming to my card for $69.99. They claim they notified me but I never got it. When I saw the charge hit and immediately told them I didn't want this, their solution was to stop charging me next year. What about this year though? That's serious money out of my pocket. I didn't ask for this service and I feel like I got ripped off.

Please look at the reviews first because there's a clear pattern of people being charged unfairly. I jumped on one of their deals and quickly realized their setup wasn't right for me, so I switched to Calm instead. I didn't touch the app for months and honestly forgot all about it. Then on January 1st I got hit with a $69.99 renewal charge without warning. I contacted them same day and they said they'd sent a heads up on December 2nd and wouldn't give me my money back. Other companies I've dealt with handled this way better by actually refunding and earning my trust back. I stay on top of my emails now, even check spam regularly, and there was nothing from them. They straight up lied about sending that email. Looking at other complaints, this seems to be how they operate. Plus, it's obvious I hadn't used my account since January and they still thought it was fine to keep charging me year after year.

Stay away from this one. They've charged my cards multiple times for subscriptions I didn't authorize and won't actually talk to me about getting refunds. Pretty unethical if you ask me. Should have checked online reviews before signing up because their reputation is pretty rough. Instead of helping my anxiety like they're supposed to, using them is making me furious about their business practices. I need my money back immediately.

These guys are charging longtime users $99.99 annually while new signups get $69.99. Totally ridiculous and shameless.

Since I got it free through my insurance I can't complain about the cost, but the app itself left me really disappointed. I tried one of their text coaching sessions and it felt like I was talking to a computer program. They asked what I needed help with, I typed out a whole explanation, and they basically just repeated my own words back to me and asked if I wanted to schedule another session. Total waste of time.

The support team here really came through for me! I was having trouble accessing my account and they were so helpful and kind about it. Special thanks to the representative who helped me out with such genuine patience.

Headspace has genuinely changed my life. My sleep quality is the best it's been in years and I feel happier and more grateful overall. Couldn't recommend it higher. I know there are complaints online but honestly a lot of those billing issues are actually the app store's fault, not theirs. I think the subscription price is totally worth it.

Had the most wonderful, kind, and caring conversation with someone on their team, I think his name was Robert, and it completely turned my day around. I was heading to the hospital because I was having a panic attack but after talking with him I felt so much more grounded and ended up staying home instead. So grateful for that support and compassion. Truly made a huge difference.

Really wonderful app and very happy with the selection of content. Everything's easy to use and practical. I actually reached out to ask why only certain healthcare workers were getting free access during the pandemic when people in my field were also taking on risk, and they were kind enough to offer me a discount. Good to work with.

Downloaded this through a Spotify bundle deal and started using it alongside other positive changes like quitting cigarettes and getting more active. I've definitely felt a real shift in how present and mindful I can be, which has spilled over into other parts of my life. I'm naturally someone who overthinks constantly and gets stuck in anxiety spirals, but that's improved noticeably. Sleep has gotten better too, especially with the sleep stories which help me actually shut my brain off at night. Fair warning though, this isn't a magic fix. It works best when you actually commit to using it and combine it with other life improvements. You get what you put in. I haven't had issues with their refund process myself, but I've been impressed with how responsive their support team has been, so hopefully they've made improvements based on feedback.
