Got their messy bun style and was really disappointed with how small the pocket is for securing your hair. Couldn't fit my hair in there properly. Found a much better fake hair messy bun on Amazon that actually works and costs way less. This company won't be getting my business again.

Where do I even start. I ordered the V-Clip Volumizer during their Black Friday sale with 25% off. The order kept failing and I had to try several times before the discount finally went through. It was priced at $399 normally and I ended up paying around $100 less. When it arrived, they sent me the wrong color. I always get platinum so I can color it light pink, but they sent me a different shade. I tried emailing customer service and got nothing, absolutely no response. I attempted an online exchange but was told I'd have to pay an additional $100 plus shipping. For their mistake? Never heard from them after that either. And when I carefully opened the packaging to see if maybe I could work with that color, the security ties that you're supposedly not supposed to remove fell right out of the box. They weren't even tied on properly. Anyway, after all that drama, the color actually turned out to be perfect and the hair itself is really good quality. Not many other companies offer what they do, though.

Got gorgeous hair delivered really fast with all the tools needed to keep it stored and even free color samples of other shades I wanted to check out. I ordered their seamless clip-ins in 12 inch dark auburn. The hair feels silky and looks beautiful. This was my first time trying extensions, so I'm still learning how to wear them properly. One note: if your hair is fine and thin on top, you might want to go with their halo extension instead since these clips can be tough to blend and hide unless you have thicker hair to cover them.

I'm suspicious about some of the negative reviews here because my own experience with this brand has been really positive. I find the bad reviews here kind of odd because my experience with this brand has been fantastic. Getting help from their team takes text or email, but they always get back super fast. Their topper is amazing to work with and looks so natural when I wear it. I'm really not happy with the 22 inch layered halo extensions I got in late March for almost $449, plus I spent another $162 on their brush, shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, serum, oil, and heat protectant for a total of $611. The hair is nowhere near worth that price. After just three or four washes it's matting and tangling like crazy. I bought all their products specifically to take excellent care of the extensions and they still shed, mat, and tangle. I've been using extensions for years and I know how to care for them properly, so there's no reason these should be unwearable after a few washes. I see they've dropped the price to half of what I paid, and now I get why. I almost never write reviews but I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this $611 purchase that people need to know. When you spend that much money you deserve quality, and that's not what I got.

Don't waste money on this! I ordered their halo extensions twice and had the exact same problem both times. They claim they last three months but that's absolutely not true. First wash with extension-specific shampoo and it was already matted and tangled. By two months it was totally useless. This is clearly not quality hair. I bought real Remy hair from a beauty supply store and made my own halo instead, and it's still going strong after a year with zero tangling. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. Don't shop there. I got my order on time but it was the wrong size. I sent it back with priority shipping and USPS confirmed delivery with a tracking receipt. I've sent more than ten emails and they won't respond. They won't acknowledge anything. So now they have my money and my extensions. This company is not acceptable.

Be careful before buying. The actual product is cheap quality and looks nothing like what's shown on the website. The site claims they're based in the US but when I asked about returning something, they said I'd have to ship it to another country and the return cost was almost as much as what I paid for it. The whole website seems designed to trick people.

This product caused me to lose hair. I've worn lots of different halos before without this problem. These were just too heavy and ended up cutting into my scalp, leaving me with a bald spot in the shape of the halo. Had to see a dermatologist for six months to get my hair back to normal. I have two of these sitting unused because I'm terrified to wear them.
