Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • Check that the code has not expired by reviewing the offer details listed on this page before applying it.
  • Verify you entered the code exactly as shown, including any uppercase letters or numbers, since codes are often case-sensitive.
  • Confirm the code applies to your specific product category or purchase amount, as some offers have eligibility restrictions.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try the code again, as technical glitches can sometimes prevent valid codes from working.
  • Visit Hiya.com's customer service page to contact support if a code still does not work after these steps.
  • Look for any terms stating the code cannot be combined with other promotions, as stacking may be restricted.

Hiya Savings Hacks

Subscribe for regular deliveries

Many vitamin and supplement retailers offer discounts for subscription or auto-delivery programs. Check whether Hiya offers a subscription option that could lower your per-order cost compared to one-time purchases.

Stack codes with seasonal sales

Monitor RetailCoupons.com regularly to catch new offers as they rotate in. Combining a fresh promotional code with seasonal or clearance pricing on Hiya.com may yield additional savings.

Buy larger quantities when discounted

If an offer applies to multi-packs or bulk orders, purchasing a larger supply during a promotion can reduce your average cost per serving or dose over time.

Check for first-time buyer codes

New customers sometimes qualify for exclusive welcome discounts. Review the offer list to see if Hiya has a first-purchase code available for new accounts.

Hiya Shipping Policy

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by order value and location. Review Hiya.com's shipping policy during checkout to confirm rates and estimated delivery windows for your area. Standard shipping options are typical for online supplement retailers, though expedited choices may be available at an additional cost.

Hiya Returns & Refund Policy

Most supplement retailers allow returns within a specific window if products are unopened and in original condition, though opened supplements are often non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Check Hiya.com's returns policy page for their specific timeframe and any conditions that may apply to your purchase.

Hiya is rated 1.3 out of 5 by 12 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. Reviewers report that the service fails at its core function of blocking spam calls, with many noting that built-in phone filtering works better. The most damaging complaints involve Hiya's spam classification system itself: legitimate businesses and charities report being flagged as spam or fraud, which blocks their outgoing calls and damages their reputation, while Hiya allegedly offers expensive solutions to problems it created. Customers also cite non-responsive customer service, with some reporting ten to twelve unanswered emails and no phone support available.

A small fraction of reviewers (8 percent) appear satisfied, but the overwhelming consensus is that Hiya represents poor value. Complaints span multiple countries, including the US, Australia, and New Zealand, suggesting the issue is systemic rather than isolated. Users consistently recommend relying on native phone filtering features instead, and several characterize the company's practices as predatory or fraudulent, particularly the model of blocking numbers then selling remediation services at premium rates.

Their customer service is terrible. I sent ten emails and got nothing but robot responses saying they'd reply within two days. I paid for their call branding feature upfront and it was approved and running. After four days of testing with a customer, the branded name never showed up on the call screen. No way to reach anyone by phone either, and they're supposedly in the Seattle area. Just horrible.

Hiya is blocking all of our calls as spam and suspected fraud. We're a legitimate charity trying to do good work and this company is sabotaging us. The only solution they offer costs tens of thousands monthly. That's fraud, extortion, and a scam. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate, especially not in Australia.

Frank B.Dec 18, 2025

This company deserves a class action lawsuit. Our legitimate Australian business has had our phone numbers labeled as Suspected Spam and Potential Fraud by this company. It's destroying our ability to reach customers. Hiya is the real scammer here, they create the problem then sell you the solution. I met with them and they wanted to charge us to remove the spam tag they put on us themselves. They claim that just three complaints flags a number as spam, which is ridiculous. They're damaging tons of businesses this way.

I only remember this app exists when it stops working. I've emailed them over twelve times with zero response. Seriously disappointed in Hiya! Did they just abandon this app? Why am I still paying monthly for something that's broken?

Marcus T.Jul 19, 2025

Complete waste of money! This app did nothing to block spam calls coming to my iPhone. I went through the settings multiple times and reviewed every option available. Would give it zero stars if I could! You'd honestly be better off just using your phone's native call filtering. The built-in feature routes unknown numbers straight to voicemail so your phone doesn't even ring, which actually works way better than this.

I run a real estate business in New Zealand. Hiya marked my number as spam so when I contact clients they think I'm spam calling them. How does some American company have the power to wreck my business reputation internationally?

Rebecca M.Mar 14, 2025

This needs government oversight. Hiya flagged my personal cell number as spam, which prevented me from calling or texting my friends. Calls were getting rejected as spam automatically. If someone reports your number as spam on this platform, you're basically locked out of using your phone. Really unethical stuff.

David R.Feb 19, 2025

My phone number keeps getting tagged with random business names without my permission. When I call people, they see the wrong company attached to my number, which has hurt my professional standing. I've asked multiple times to have my number removed for good. They tell me they'll fix it, and it seems okay for a bit. Then months pass and suddenly my number's connected to a different business. This has occurred four times now! The worst part is they don't actually care. They've promised multiple times that my number would be permanently delisted, yet they keep associating it with random companies. This is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. I'd caution anyone against using Hiya. If they can't properly handle phone numbers, what does that say about their other features? Legal action is coming if this doesn't stop for real.

Keith M.Dec 19, 2024

Total rip-off! They claim your business phone numbers are labeled as spam, sell that list to carriers, and then try to make you pay them to remove those labels. That's extortion. Our company is giving them until the end of the year to fix this before we bring in lawyers. Legal fees will cost them way more than they'd make from trying this scam on us.

Patricia W.Oct 22, 2024

The app doesn't work on my iPhone 15 Pro. They charged me for a year upfront and there's no way to contact customer service to get a refund. I can't recommend this to anyone.

Steve K.Sep 27, 2024

This is basically Samsung's built-in call blocker. It catches about 90% of junk calls, though some still get through. I'd say it works better than most other call blocking options out there.

Robert C.Oct 26, 2023

Samsung uses this company to provide caller information on Samsung devices. We wanted to update the name displayed when we call our clients and they wanted a minimum of five hundred dollars a month. That's unethical pricing.
