Hobby Lobby Return Policy

Hobby Lobby’s policy permits you to return merchandise within a window of 90 days from the original purchase date if you are not fully satisfied. All returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they cannot be opened or used.

If you received merchandise that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact customer support before sending the item back. Do not discard the shipping box or the merchandise itself.

If you purchase a single-line item totaling $250.00 or more, this is classified as a bulk order and must be mailed back to the HobbyLobby.com facility, though this limit is waived for large Christmas Trees, Wall Decor, and Furniture items.

Be aware that returning seasonal merchandise purchased in bulk (covering holidays from Christmas through Thanksgiving) may result in a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for the expense of shipping the return back to the company.

Allow up to two weeks for the processing of your return and the corresponding refund, which will be credited to your original payment method.
