Disappointed with the quality shift in their 70% dark chocolate lately. It's lost what made it special and now tastes like any other dark chocolate on the market, except it costs more. The sugar content dropped to 27%, but something else clearly changed too. My whole family used to buy it regularly, but we're switching to different brands now. Honestly saw this coming when the company was acquired.

We used to look forward to getting our quarterly subscription boxes and also gave their chocolates as presents to loved ones frequently. But the chocolate has changed for the worse. It tastes overly sugary now and doesn't have that rich, deep chocolate flavor we used to love. It's really unfortunate. We're exploring other chocolate brands these days instead.

Paid extra for next-day delivery on Saturday but got an email saying my order won't show up until Wednesday at the earliest. It's not right for them to charge next-day fees when they can't actually meet that timeline. I'm done ordering from them and plan to request a refund for the expedited shipping. On top of that, customer service didn't even respond when I tried to reach out with complaints. Really frustrating experience.
