If there was a lower option I'd pick it! Absolutely the worst experience I've had shopping online. Stay away from them. They claim free shipping on certain orders but then charge you at the register when there's no complimentary option available. I paid extra for rapid shipping and got my package days late. It showed up destroyed. They just tossed everything into a huge box without any protection for the fragile glass bottles. When I opened it, the gel had leaked everywhere and ruined things. Bottles were smashed, chipped, bent, and scraped up. The labels were so messed up from the gel I couldn't even read dates. I spent forever cleaning everything with wipes and product. Three weeks later and I'm still trying to get my money back. I've sent photos, messaged repeatedly, and offered to return the stuff. The owner was disrespectful and rude, and I honestly feel my rights as a buyer were completely ignored. No refund, dodging messages, just total chaos. I will never purchase from them again and you shouldn't either. Buy from someone else like their competitors instead if you need this stuff.

Never received my order and they won't refund me either. I've tried contacting them repeatedly and left voicemails but they're not responding. Their phone isn't even working anymore. Complete scam. I'm out twenty dollars I really can't afford to lose.

I'll be honest, I'm overseas and haven't had any real trouble with this company so far. The thing that would make them better is if they stocked more hair options beyond just black and dark shades. When something does come up, they're quick to answer and very respectful, though you do have to give them a couple days considering the time zone difference. I'm satisfied enough to shop with them again and just placed a bigger order. Fingers crossed it arrives within the expected timeframe!
