Hydro Flask Returns Policy
Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. To be eligible, items must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.
Excluded Items: MyHydro custom-made orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Products purchased from other dealers or retailers must be returned directly to them.
Return Process: To start a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the Consumer Service team. You can also use the self-service Returns Portal on their website to create a prepaid return shipping label and packing slip.
Refunds: Once your return is received, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
