The cover ups and swimwear designs are actually really cute, but the sizing is a complete nightmare. There's something wrong with their measurements across the board. Every bikini I bought has bottoms that run about two full sizes bigger than the tops. I got three different bikinis and had this same problem every single time.

Their site says processing takes one to two business days and regular shipping takes three to seven. I got a confirmation email saying I'd receive a tracking email once it ships, but that never happened. I kept checking my email and account waiting for updates but nothing came through. I was getting pretty anxious reading about all these other people's orders getting lost or never sent. Five days go by and suddenly I get an email that my order was already delivered. The suit fits perfectly which is good, but I'm still confused why I never got that shipping notification. In hindsight I probably overreacted but seeing other people mention the same thing makes me feel less alone. What's weird is that my account still shows the order as unfulfilled even though I've already gotten it and tried it on. Not sure why that is.
Total scam. The size chart is misleading, everything runs way smaller than standard sizing. I asked about exchanging for a bigger size and their policy is you pay return shipping and they give you fifty percent store credit or whatever you paid. That makes zero sense. Shop Amazon or SHEIN instead. Their customer service here is garbage.
