Not sure why the ratings for IDrive are so low because I've had nothing but excellent results with both the program and their support team. When I needed to switch from Windows 10 to a brand new Windows 11 machine, IDrive's support team guided me through the entire process of backing up and restoring everything without any hiccups. I'd absolutely recommend IDrive to anyone searching for a dependable cloud backup solution!

This is clearly deliberate. You will almost certainly need a replacement credit card once you sign up.

When you attempt to cancel auto renewal, they automatically update your keychain password!!! There's no way to remove your payment method or turn off auto billing!!!! This appears intentional. The odds you'll need to replace your credit card after joining is virtually certain.
