They sneak in a $19 monthly charge for live support as part of their promotional offer. They say you can just call to cancel it, but getting them to actually remove it is like pulling teeth. This isn't even my first run-in with their customer service team. They're basically just running a high-pressure sales operation disguised as support. If you're thinking about buying, be aware of what you're getting into.

Terrible experience on multiple fronts. They charged my bank account to renew a service even though I'd closed that account well over a year earlier. When I tried logging into my account, I couldn't even access it or request a password reset. I went to create a new account to deal with the unauthorized charges, but the system said that email was already registered. I got in touch with online support and the representative was incredibly rude, dismissive, and sarcastic. Basically told me to deal with it elsewhere. Reaching actual phone support took forever, over 4 hours on hold after the unhelpful chat interaction. On top of everything, the software itself slows down your computer, corrupts your system registry, and works terribly with Windows 11. Absolutely awful experience from beginning to end. Cannot recommend this service.
