IHOP Rewards

IHOP offers a fun and creative rewards program called the International Bank of Pancakes. Members earn “PanCoins” when dining at IHOP or ordering directly through IHOP app or ihop.com. Orders made through DoorDash or other delivery providers will not earn PanCoins.

For every $5 you spend, you will earn 1 PanCoin. PanCoins can be redeemed for promotional coupons for pancakes and other menu items.

You can also stack your PanCoins and exchange them for coupons for other items on the Stack Market, which can be found on the IHOP app. Only one reward per guest per day.

FAQs

1. Can I earn PanCoins when buying an IHOP gift card?

No. Currently you do not earn PanCoins for Gift Card purchases. PanCoins can only be earned when dining at IHOP or ordering through IHOP or ihop.com.

2. Does IHOP offer any value meals?

Maybe yes. There may be other special offers available on a per-restaurant basis. Visit your local IHOP to learn more.

3. Can I mail a Gift Card to another person?

Yes. Gift Card orders under $200 can be shipped to any United States address. Cards shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

4. Do Gift Cards ever expire or decline in value?

No. IHOP Gift Cards never expire and they do not decrease in value.

A Christmas Disaster

This experience was one of the most irritating experiences of my life. It was Christmas day and I brought my family to I hop to have a nice christmas dinner. We all ordered our food and i ordered a breakfast sampler with no hash browns subbing it with an extra thing of eggs with cheese turkey sasuage with 2 ham 2 bacon andoverheard the staff saying I was table 31. My fork was dirty out the wrap and I ask for plastic utensils. Then waited almost 1 hour before my food came and when my food came it had a hash brown on it and no pancakes was with it but my waiter promised it was coming. So I ate my eggs and waited for the rest to come, after 30 minutes we decided it was too long an hr and 30 minutes and all I've eaten was eggs. So we call our waiter over to be told he was not sure why I haven't gotten my eggs and pancakes and my 2 nieces haven't gotten her fruit or a refill on her water in an hr and a half my friend hasn't gotten his pancake, eggs, and 2 extra sausage links and turkey links and I'm still waiting on my eggs and pancakes so overall a total disaster. We spoke with the manager who spoke with her team in the back to remedy the situation and said the best she can do is 10% off. After waiting what felt the the entirety of an NFL game that wasn't acceptable. I told her she can ring me up for the eggs and I didn't touch non of the other food because I was upset that not everyone had all there food including me. I hope everyone else Christmas dinner was delightful because the prince invaded mine. 2 starts for the eggs 0 for the service

International House of Sticky Tables lost my bizness

We don't mind a wait as we are patient and enjoy one another's company ( my wife and I) but we won't be back because apparently our wait included our food sitting under the heat lamp in the kitchen. Our server seemed to be rushed, perhaps in the weeds and I would suggest fewer tables per server or have food runners. As expensive as everything is, its salt on the financial wound to get poor quality food And service. We won't be back.

PRAMITA🙏😘🙏

Today at balajat IHOP branch - So, it was like me craving for crunchy Belgian waffles and yes craving succeed. However, my daughter ordered split combo whereas the pancake ain't cook in the middle😞..oh that's bad!The kitchen should be very careful on how to serve the food especially on breakfast. It might spoil the taste buds for the whole day of the person who eat raw food and or uncooked flour on their pancake.But there's a thing, the server named PRAMITA really knows her job; from how she was trying to pleased us and turns the disappointment to gratitude. Hoping the company value this kind of employees.Thank you PRAMITA🫂😘 I give you ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Kitchen I give them ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Came in to eat breakfast

Came in to eat breakfast, and my experience was just off the charts, they were very attentive, and my meal came out hot, and very delicious, and in a timely manner. I will be returning to this IHOP again soon. Thank you IHOP. ☺️

A cold day at IHOP

Me and an acquaintance went to IHOP on brained Rd in Chattanooga tn this morning. I was surprised the parking lot was empty. It was about 945am. When we went inside it was cold. Outside it was about 30 degrees inside you needed a jacket. One of the servers was wearing one. There was no one to greet us except the man vaccing the floor. But others came out of the kitchen and seated us. She took our drink orders for coffee and hot chocolate and water. She returned after several minutes with the hot drinks then took our orders. My girlfriend ordered 2 blueberry pancakes and 2 slices of bacon. I ordered 3 original pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon. By the time the food was brought I was on my 2nd coffee and my girlfriend had finished her hot chocolate. The food was not warm. The original pancakes I had didn't melt the butter placed on top of them. But we did get water when the food was served. The bill was 30.00 for the food and drinks. I gave the waitress a $15 tip because I am not going to ever return there or bring anyone I know to IHOP. Besides the place will close though I hope and pray that the practices of the people there will change for the better. Serving cold food and being inattentive to customers are not good service practices.

Codie is by far our favorite waitress here by far! She’s always warm, patient, and on top of everything. You can tell she cares about every table she serves. IHOP is lucky to have her — she makes every visit better. Proud of you, girl!

Our server Tracy was very friendly

Our server Tracy was very friendly, courteous and very professional. She answered our questions regarding our orders and made sure to repeat the order back to us. She came back to our table frequently to make sure we were OK or needed anything else. We have been to other ihops before and were very disappointed in the past. With Tracy being at the Bailey Boswell Ihop we will definitely be going back and will ask for her specifically. Great job Tracy.

Found baby ROACHES coming out of my…

Found baby ROACHES coming out of my lemons on my table and looked across the aisle and they were all over the wall and booth. The manager stated he didn't have time to address the issue and their employee stated he has rold.them to.l bomb the place but yet they are still serving food!!! This was at the IHOP off of Lemay Ferry Rd in South County St Louis MO.

I would order more often but…

I would order more often but your log in page takes me to Siri (Apple phone) browser. When I try to go to chrome it says oops something went wrong. I do not use this browser and can not login to order food. Disappointed 😢

IHOP app is terrible when trying to earn "Pancoins" points.

I Love IHOP food, so believe me when I say I have more experience with their app than the typical person, because I go there so often. The app is simply terrible for earning rewards. It seems almost daily there is some technical issues that prevent access to your "Pancoins" points, and also with adding receipt codes to your account. This app is constantly giving me errors (almost every single time) I try to check my balance, add a receipt to my account, or redeem points. I scan my receipt and it either says "we are having trouble reaching that, please try that again", or "oh flip! We can't seem to reach rewards right now" and it will not show my current balance or allow any reward based features such as adding or using them. This means if I was at a resturaunt and wanted to use my points towards free food, I wouldn't be able to most days. More often than not, when I scan a receipt to add more points from a purchase, it says "you can only add one receipt per day, you've reached your limit" (or something similar to that) when I haven't even added one that day. This means I have to email customer service every time I can't add a receipt, and they usually do it for me a day or so later, but thats an extra annoying and time consuming step I shouldn't have to take, that is what the apps "scan receipt" feature is for. I have mentioned this to customer service several times, in hopes they would forward my complaints to the relevant department to fix these issues, but so far nothing has been resolved. The app is easy to navigate and use when it works, it is structured nicely, and I feel the actual reward for purchases are fair, it's just a rare occasion I can actually earn or use your points easily. They need to fix this, it honestly makes me visit less knowing I'm not earning the points I should be easily, and feeling like I'm being cheated. It seems to me that the more you earn, the more frequent the app issues are. If these glitches/issues didn't exist, I would give this app a 5 star rating, but because it hardly ever works right, they get 1 star. As for the actual customer service department, they actually seem to be a professional group that have been helpful to me when I have reached as a result of the app issues. They respond pretty quickly, always seem to be friendly and professional, as well as helpful. They just can't do anything about the app itself, but this is not their fault. I do feel as though customer service is a good group of people, and they would get 5 stars from me. IHOP, fix the app issues and I will come back singing high 5 star praises. (And yes I am running the latest version of the app)
