Bought an in-stock statue in early February. Waited 2 weeks patiently for a shipping notification, then finally reached out asking when I'd get tracking info. They come back saying it's actually out of stock now and they can refund me. Said the refund would take 10 business days. So basically if I hadn't asked they probably would've kept my money. Then I gotta wait another week and a half on top of the 2 weeks I already waited for a refund. Terrible support. Won't recommend and won't be ordering again. The item still shows as in stock on their site anyway, so I'm guessing this happens to a lot of people.

Been trying to cancel a pre-order and they won't let me. I'm not even asking for my money back, just want to cancel, but they keep insisting they're under no obligation to complete it like that means the charge won't go through anyway. That seems fraudulent to me. Asked three separate times to cancel and the person helping me kept getting worse about it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy straight from Iron Studios. At least with Sideshow you can actually cancel orders.

Watch out if you're in the UK. You find a deal on their website, place your order, and when it lands in the UK they declare that statue as full price so you end up paying full import duties instead of sale price. Iron Studios is basically being lazy and pocketing extra profit while UK customers don't get the discount they thought they were getting.

I had 4 different pre-orders with deposits sitting on their site. When stock finally came in, I never got notification emails that items were available. Checked spam too and nothing. Iron Studios insists they sent them out, but I'm skeptical since my spam folder was empty. Getting all 4 notifications to fail? That's pretty unlikely. Previous pre-orders from them actually did come through, so this screams like a technical problem on their end. My email settings were all correct and I was getting other messages just fine. They've also messed up other transactions with me before, which honestly doesn't inspire confidence. Looks like site glitches are pretty common based on what I've read from others. I'll never order directly from them again. Those deposit amounts? Gone. They wouldn't even put them toward other purchases, so I lost the whole thing.

Absolutely horrible outfit. Got a Jurassic Park collectible and after 2 weeks of total silence I finally reached out asking about delivery timeframe. Suddenly the item's unavailable and I'm told I'll get my money back in 10 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Embarrassing. Not coming back.

Their support gives vague responses and then disappears. Ordered a figure back in February and it shows as on the way as of mid-July but they refuse to give me tracking details. I feel completely ripped off.

Update: they eventually did refund the shipping cost but the whole thing was messy. Really hoping they get their act together and rebuild their support team and customer trust. I'm really let down with how things are running now and their staff. They used to be solid with great service and fast problem solving. But recent purchases have been problematic from the start. My last order was the final straw when it got sent to the wrong address and I couldn't reach anyone after multiple tries. I did eventually get my stuff but had to pay tax twice. After 2 months of telling them about it, the best they offered was 15% off. They can keep that discount. I'm done with them.

Worst experience with any company ever. Ordered something at the end of November for a Christmas present. When I was wrapping it, I realized it was the wrong item. Hit up their support and they said they'd investigate. Fast forward a month, nothing. I email again and they say I got the right thing. Then literally the same day a different email comes saying nope, you actually got it wrong. They ask me to send it back and they'll send the right one. If I do that I probably never hear from them again. Don't waste your cash here. Their support is terrible.

Placed an order for a statue that showed as in stock and also grabbed a pre-order item. Being in Europe, I thought ordering from their European site made sense, but I never found out what the actual shipping would cost or where it'd ship from. Turns out the shipping bill was absolutely outrageous. After a month with zero updates on my delivery I asked them what's happening. That's when they drop the bomb that it's no longer available due to a system error and offered a refund. Never heard back after that despite multiple attempts to contact them. Not a single refund showed up. Ended up using PayPal to dispute it and finally got my money back. This company feels shady and sketchy. Keep away.

Got a She-Ra collectible that came with a stain right on the forehead under the crown. They flat out refused to fix it or ship a replacement even though it's a pricey resin piece and that's what should happen. Not buying from them again.

Stay far away from this place. You order something and then silence for 30 days while the website claims everything is fine. Shoot them an email asking what's up and they tell you not to stress, your stuff is coming. Good luck getting a response though - could take a week or they just ignore you completely. Push them again about your order status and eventually they're like 'oops, there's a glitch' and offer you your money back. So what happened to me? I wasted almost 2 months, the product got delisted, and I had to basically debug their own system for them. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. They're not real merchants and clearly don't care if you keep buying. That's it for me, hands down the worst seller I've used. Please don't order from them.

My package never arrived but my account definitely got charged. Haven't gotten a response in 2 weeks. Really disappointed by this.

Started out buying their 1/10 scale pieces at $150 and honestly, the craftsmanship was just okay at best. Once they managed to snag some major licenses, prices skyrocketed but the actual quality went nowhere. Now they're charging 1/6 and 1/4 scale prices for the same 1/10 stuff they always made. On top of that, half the time your order shows up damaged because they skimp on packaging. Shipping takes forever too - I'm talking months or even a year wait on certain items. At this point a lot of us retailers have moved on to better suppliers. Wouldn't shock me if they went under one day and left a bunch of people stuck with nothing. Skip them.

Emails go unanswered for weeks on end. At this point I'm not even sure they have a customer service department.
