For decades I've been buying their pure cotton briefs, but my latest purchase was a huge letdown. The cotton felt rough and thin, plus the sizing ran smaller than normal. I reached out through chat support and was told to send them back, but that wasn't the issue. The representative suggested the cotton would soften after I washed them, which made no sense since I'd already washed them in cool water with fabric softener. The briefs remained uncomfortable, stiff, and flimsy. The customer service response didn't address the problem or support Jockey's supposed quality promise. I won't be shopping with them again because of both the poor product quality and the unhelpful customer support.

My order never showed up, and getting help with a refund has been a nightmare. I've contacted customer service multiple times and all I get are automated responses. It's been more than three weeks with no resolution or refund.

We absolutely love our Jockey products! My daughter wears the cotton French cut panties and bras, my husband and son are huge fans of the boxers and briefs, and we even grabbed some pajamas. We did have to swap out the PJs for a different size, but the return process was incredibly easy. The quality holds up great and lasts forever. As someone who travels internationally a lot, Jockey is always my go-to brand for backup essentials when I need them.
