Found the London location and I'm thrilled! I've been a Jonathan Adler fan since my time in LA, buying their pieces regularly for years. Recently moved to London and finally made it to their store there. The whole visit was fantastic, and the staff really knows their stuff. I grabbed an item that showed up with a broken part once I unpacked it, but the team member I talked to was super helpful arranging a replacement without any hassle. Honestly, I had to stop myself from walking out with way more than I came for. Also loving the new packaging they're using for items, it's really nice. Can't wait to check out the shop again soon!

Within half a year, the side tables started developing cracks inside them. They sent replacements, but the same cracking happened again. Now the cabinet is cracking too. The furniture looks wonderful, but once something goes wrong, they seem to give up. I submitted my complaint well within the warranty period and have documentation, yet Jonathan Adler won't acknowledge the problem. The merchandise appears to come from overseas manufacturing, which might be why fixing or replacing stuff takes forever, but that shouldn't be my concern when I'm spending serious money on items labeled as luxury. After waiting weeks for responses and getting the runaround, I contacted my bank about filing a dispute. I'm done shopping with Jonathan Adler after this.

Not Recommending Them Anymore For years I've been buying Jonathan Adler pieces, and honestly my whole place is basically furnished with their stuff, so it hurts to leave this feedback. I ordered a sofa that showed up in a box that was falling apart and held together with tape that barely worked. The sofa itself had obvious damage including a long rip along the bottom that shouldn't have happened with proper care. It clearly got tossed around during shipping and wasn't packed well. What made it worse was how customer service handled it. Getting them to process a refund took constant follow-ups, and they never apologized or even acknowledged how bad the condition was when it arrived. Here's another thing that bothers me: they sometimes mark items as final sale on the site, but basically everything furniture-wise is final sale regardless, and this isn't made obvious during the ordering process. It feels intentionally vague, especially when you're dropping thousands on custom pieces. A brand that markets itself as luxury should be clearer about policies, better with handling, and actually stand by their stuff. I'm looking at other options now and don't feel confident Jonathan Adler will deliver what they promise.

Our First Order Went Amazingly! We were placing our first Jonathan Adler order recently and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were a little worried about ordering a big furniture piece since shipping can sometimes cause problems. It took about two weeks to hear from the freight company about scheduling, which made sense since that timeline was mentioned on their site. Delivery happened right when they said it would. They offered white glove service, so the team brought everything in and put it together right there in our place. Our credenza made it without any scratches or dents, and everything worked perfectly. Before the delivery, I reached out with questions about what to do if something arrived damaged, and the customer service rep was really helpful and professional about walking me through it. When we saw the credenza in person, it was even prettier than in the photos and we absolutely love how it looks in our dining room now. It really brought the whole space together. This first experience with Jonathan Adler has us wanting to shop with them again for more pieces!

Their acrylic stuff is really poor quality, looks like it's made overseas, and nowhere near worth the prices they're asking for it. Not even close to a quarter of what they charge.
