Got motorized roller shades and it's been nothing but trouble. Tried to get the remote to work with the blinds after installation but they never synced up, even after spending hours watching tutorials and speaking with support staff. I sent them a video showing the problem wasn't working, but I never heard back from anyone.

I followed the measuring guidance on their website and ordered two roller shades at 36.5 inches, but what I got was 35.25 inches wide. The support team kept saying this was right, even though their own page states 'Outside Mount Shades will be made to your exact measurement.' They blocked me from returning the shades even though they were too narrow. The team kept pointing to fine print about gaps that doesn't match what their measuring guide says. I've watched their video too and it gives the same instructions I followed. The website clearly says to measure the coverage area you want with overlap, but nothing about gaps for outside mounts. I tried working with support twice and got nowhere. They kept blaming my warranty choice, but their own guide doesn't mention these gaps at all. I'm left stuck with the wrong size.

Just Blinds really delivers awesome products at reasonable costs. I've gotten blinds for multiple properties and each one turned out excellent, super simple to set up, and still going strong. Shipping is fast and it's convenient to order online or by phone. Plus their variety is fantastic.

Their product failed after the 3 year warranty ended and they refuse to sell me replacement parts even though I'm willing to pay. They just point you to another website. That site doesn't stock parts for cordless roman shades like what I bought. I spent $400 on this and now after 4 years they're telling me to just buy a whole new one instead of sending parts. It makes no sense that they expect anyone to come back after being treated like this. What kind of business strategy is that? Really disappointing approach.

I got custom room darkening roller shades and once they were hung up, light came right through them. The material felt thin and cheap. Not worth the price I paid. When I called to complain, they asked me to send photos. After I did, they basically said tough luck, you got what you ordered. Not helpful at all. Won't be ordering from them again.

Got my shades delivered right away and they were packaged really nicely. They turned out more gorgeous than I expected.

The top header didn't come with properly wrapped corners. The finish looks really cheap.

I was worried about getting my measurements right, but they turned out perfect and putting everything up was straightforward. A couple of the slats arrived damaged, but their online chat team took care of replacements quickly and got them to me right on schedule. Will absolutely come back to Just Blinds next time.
