Really let down by what they did to Ka'Chava. I'm canceling my subscription. Also tried the chai flavor and it's basically undrinkable now because it's so sickly sweet.

Their refund policy basically doesn't exist. It's wild to have my money tied up on a card when I can't return an unopened bag. The customer service team stopped responding to my messages.
