Karma and Luck has a severely troubled customer experience profile, with 1.7 out of 5 by 20 shoppers. The vast majority of negative reviews center on three core issues: products that do not match website descriptions, non-functional customer service that ignores calls, emails, and voicemails for weeks or months, and refunds that fail to materialize despite confirmed receipt of returned items. Some shoppers also report delivery problems including fake tracking numbers and failure to meet promised shipping timelines. A small number of satisfied customers praise the jewelry quality and professionalism of in-store staff, describing excellent product selection and courteous service.

The pattern of complaints suggests systemic operational failures rather than isolated incidents. Customers report waiting nearly two months for refunds, being ignored across multiple communication channels, and experiencing dismissive or hostile customer service interactions. For those seeking recourse through returns or shipment issues, the company appears difficult to reach and unresponsive to resolution attempts. The sharp divide between the few five-star reviews and the overwhelming one-star ratings indicates inconsistent service delivery or that positive reviews may reflect limited direct customer interactions.

Stay away from this retailer. The products don't match what's shown on their website at all. They tell you to contact them about returns but then ignore your messages completely, even voicemails. This has been the worst return experience I've ever had to deal with.

I returned my order and they confirmed getting it, but my refund never showed up. I've tried reaching out multiple times through email and phone without any resolution. Almost two months have gone by and I'm still waiting. This is really disappointing and shows how bad their communication and customer service actually is. I can't recommend ordering from them unless they get their refund process sorted out.

After 35 years of shopping, I've never dealt with such disrespect and poor attitude from customer service. I can't even describe how upset I am. This supervisor used language that was completely condescending and inappropriate, wouldn't let me get a word in, and actually cursed at me. I've been a customer for a few months and have bought between 30-50 items both online and in store, so I really do like your jewelry, but I can't support a company that allows this kind of behavior from leadership. She didn't even know her own phone number was listed in her email, yet yelled at me for calling it. I'll admit I was frustrated from calling and emailing repeatedly with no response, but that doesn't justify getting yelled at or insulted.

Excellent jewelry selection! The team members are courteous, knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. Their customer care is seriously impressive. It was a great experience shopping for jewelry here. The products themselves are top notch quality.

Be very cautious with this company, it appears to be operating as a scam. They originally said delivery would take 3-5 business days, then changed it to 2-3 weeks. When I finally got the shipping notification, the item never arrived. The tracking ID they gave me doesn't actually exist according to the carrier. I've been emailing and calling with no results. I'm out $300 and it's frustrating, but I suppose what goes around comes around.

I bought an anklet for a wedding and paid for expedited shipping, which was supposed to get here in 2-4 days according to their site. It took them three days just to ship it out, so now it won't arrive before I leave. I emailed first with no response, so I tried their online chat. The rep was incredibly dismissive and didn't even try to help. They kept saying there's 1-2 days for processing plus 3-5 days for shipping, but that's not what the checkout page said. It clearly said three days for priority shipping, which is what I paid extra for. The worst part? They actually ended the chat on me, totally ignoring my concerns. I paid for a service that wasn't delivered as promised and got absolutely no help. This is unprofessional and I'm going to share my experience everywhere.

Be careful during the checkout process with their upgrade options. I made a mistake when trying to upgrade my order and ended up purchasing 3 extra bracelets I didn't want. When I contacted them right away to let them know it was an error, they said they couldn't refund since the transaction was already complete. There's no way to cancel or modify the order once it goes through, and they made it sound like upgrading would replace my original order, which was misleading.

Really grateful to the staff at the Grand Central location, particularly one associate who made my visit great. I bought a tree of life piece but needed to exchange it for a different one since the shipping would be too expensive. This associate was patient with me, did the exchange, and even got an online order placed from the store. She went out of her way to help. Another employee named Kevin was also super helpful. I had a really positive experience here.

This has to be the biggest scam operating in Las Vegas, and that's saying something. I dropped $200 on two bracelets with trinkets that turned black. Customer service offered to sell me the same two bracelets that are now black for half off. No returns available. I missed the window to dispute with my credit card company. All their stuff is made from the same material so everything's going to turn black anyway. I got scammed out of $200. The customer service reps stopped responding completely and wouldn't escalate my complaint to a supervisor, probably to protect their own jobs. Their solution was rude and dismissive. Don't shop here unless you want garbage products. Nobody needs a blackened bracelet for free. Total scammers.

I placed an order during the Memorial Day sale and the bracelet came apart while I was wearing it. I sent emails in June and July asking about an exchange or refund, but got no responses. I've sent additional emails since, including one in September. I'll be warning everyone I know not to buy from here. My $120 bracelet fell apart shortly after I bought it and now it's completely worthless.

I'd give negative stars if possible. My husband and I visited the Venetian location while in Las Vegas and wanted to pick up matching accessories. We got greeted right away but that was it. The associate gave us this suspicious look like we were about to shoplift, which made us feel really uncomfortable and not welcome despite the initial greeting. The other staff were just hanging around chatting with each other and not engaging with customers at all. Only one person was actually helping someone. It felt very unprofessional for such a nice hotel. We were browsing and considering a purchase but the same woman who greeted us came back and started talking about a men's necklace we were looking at. A few minutes later she vanished to help someone else who just walked in. We ended up leaving without buying anything because the whole vibe was off.

I visited the Grand Central location recently and had a really unpleasant encounter. One of the associates walked in while I was speaking with staff, didn't apologize for interrupting, and gave off seriously negative vibes. The whole interaction felt rude and unwelcoming.

The jewelry itself is nice looking. But their customer service is awful. I ordered a bracelet based on their website sizing and it was way bigger than the description said. When I emailed asking to exchange it, they demanded I send a picture with a measuring tape. When I tried to return it instead, they said returns have to happen within 30 days, which I did, but the package took longer than 30 days to get delivered back to them. They then refused to refund my money. The policy doesn't specify that the item has to arrive within 30 days, so you'd reasonably think it meant you had to ship it within that timeframe, like most other companies do. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Christopher N.Mar 7, 2024

The quality is really lacking. I got a $100 bracelet that snapped after just 60 days of regular wearing. When I reached out, they only do replacements within 30 days. Either they knowingly sell inferior products or they don't actually stand behind the quality of what they're selling. A $100 bracelet shouldn't fall apart after two months of normal use.

Sandra P.Feb 23, 2024

I've spent over $400 with them in the last 6 months. After several purchases, they sent me a damaged item. When I asked for an exchange, they refused. I had to pay to ship the damaged merchandise back myself.
