The Keon arrived quickly and came with a nice bonus gift, but things went downhill fast. The unit showed up not working, with a terrible grinding noise at low speeds and sketchy Bluetooth. Even though I sent detailed video and audio proof, support claimed this was normal behavior and that 60 to 80 decibels is standard for this type of product. For something this expensive, a broken device on day one is concerning and potentially risky. They brushed off my concerns by talking about seals instead of honoring my EU warranty rights. I started the chargeback process with my bank. Later, after more discussion with support, we reached an agreement that works for both of us. This resolved the situation completely.

Placed an order on Monday, July 21st and haven't heard anything since. No shipping label created, no replies to my messages, yet they claim orders ship in 1 to 3 days. Hoping the package shows up eventually so I can leave a more positive review.

Spent roughly 775 CAD and can't get anyone on the phone. Emails don't get answered. No tracking info, no package, nothing. Started wondering if this is normal and looked around, turns out plenty of people have this issue. Beginning to think this might be a scam. Edit: Just got my box but one item is missing and one of the sleeves is basically ruined at the opening. Sent them an email but don't expect much. Edit 2: I was confused because it says 1 to 3 days max on the timeline page, yet it takes 10 days just to get a response.

My order still hasn't shown up after 4 weeks. I've emailed multiple times but gotten zero responses. The delivery company won't let me file a claim even though there's been no tracking update for over 20 days. I'm looking at other options to recover my money, but I'd tell everyone to avoid ordering from this company.

I don't usually leave reviews but I need to warn people. I ordered three items and was let down by every single one. The reviews on their site seem suspicious because I wasn't able to post one about my purchases, yet somehow others could, which is weird. Posting this elsewhere instead. I got the Powerblow and the Feel Pocket Stroker Crystal. I've tried similar products but these were pricier and way less impressive. Can't send them back either. The Powerblow works like a regular electric pump and the pocket stroker is incredibly tight. Even with tons of lube it's hard to use and uncomfortable. Nothing like the smoother better working options from other brands. I also got warming lube but it didn't warm up at all even though reviews said it would. The only good thing was getting everything in a day. I did my research and saw tons of positive reviews everywhere online. But after buying, I found out some reviews were actually sponsored by Kiiroo, even on Reddit.

After I sent them a short video clip, they confirmed it was defective and told me to contact the seller, which I'd already done. The Kiiroo team then contacted the seller themselves to speed up my replacement, and within an hour the seller confirmed a new one was being shipped. Kiiroo's support team really went above and beyond, and now I'm a loyal customer. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I've never had to wait this long in my life. If you order from them directly, be prepared for a slow painful process if anything goes wrong. I wanted to update my review to something better, but honestly this whole nightmare has left me unable to rate them higher.

Terrible experience with their support team. You're lucky if you get one answer a day. I sent them videos and followed all their instructions, but they never fixed my broken Keon. These guys are fantastic. Their devices are high quality and better than other brands I've tested. Their interactive products are so much fun. I picked up the Keon and it's genuinely the best toy I've ever owned. The interactive feature is a game changer and super easy to set up. You can use it manually with the side buttons to adjust speed and stroke length, or sync it with videos online. Getting the app installed and connected took like 5 minutes and it makes everything way better. Cleaning is simple too. Really solid quality device overall. Planning to check out their other products because I'm impressed.
