Placed my order on Halloween and got charged right away. Now it's ten days later and I still haven't gotten any shipping confirmation. Emailed their customer support team and got nothing back. This has to be fraudulent. I have screenshots of everything including my receipt and their order confirmation email but still no shipping info after ten days.

I'm going to keep reporting this company until something changes. Ordered two wigs a couple weeks ago because I needed them for my birthday coming up. Finally tracked them down and found out they're still processing and it'll take another three weeks, and nobody even bothered telling me this. Since I won't get them in time I'm asking for my refund. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.

I really didn't want to leave this review but I have to. Ordered a half wig back in October or November and was pumped to get it. This brand totally disappointed me. Every time I tried to reach out via email they gave me the runaround, and whenever I'd try posting reviews they'd delete them. I've spent way too much money on nothing. I want my money back. This isn't right and I'm not exaggerating. Please refund me and quit playing games.

Be careful because their wig quality is all over the place. I've been buying from them for years which this experience proves was a mistake because they clearly don't care about loyal customers. My seventh purchase from them, first time wearing the blonde, and it shed so badly the right front side is basically empty now. Looks like a bad haircut with a huge gap while the left side is full. The whole wig is uneven and no respectable woman would wear something like this. Tried contacting them multiple times and got nowhere until I posted on their social media. They deleted my comment but finally emailed back saying the wig looks perfect and I should keep wearing it. Seriously? You want me to look homeless? If that's what they consider acceptable quality then they absolutely know they're selling garbage.

Getting charged unfair fees here. My local post office didn't deliver my package and returned it without telling me. When I reached out, I was told they'd either refund me or resend it but either way I'd be charged fifteen dollars. How is that fair that I have to pay a penalty for something the post office did wrong and completely outside my control. I get paying to reship, but charging the same fee for a refund makes zero sense.

Don't buy into the hype. I've ordered twice and gotten the same disappointing results both times. The construction is solid and they're actually glueless, but three days of wearing them and they start going bald. You try gluing down the lace to hide the balding and it won't stick. By day seven the lace is completely bare. The hair is clearly synthetic blended, not one hundred percent human like they claim. After a week it gets super frizzy and the shedding is embarrassing to deal with. Post a bad review on their site and it disappears. Email complaints get ignored. They only respond if you call them out on social media. You'd get better results from an actual synthetic wig. Don't throw your money away on their hype.

Total scam operation. After ordering, I got zero communication or delivery timeline. Started reaching out to different people, sent multiple messages with no responses. Then suddenly I hear from someone saying they'll split my shipment into two parts and they give me this sketchy tracking link that's clearly fraudulent. Soon after, I get notification from Google that I can't message those email addresses anymore. Really upset about this since I kept seeing their advertisements everywhere and had no idea it was a fraud scheme.

Heads up, you won't get what you paid for. I spent two hundred dollars on a 360 wig that turned out not to be real human hair, didn't have the density promised, and the parting space was basically nonexistent. Skip them and save your cash. Their response to my defective product was pathetic, offering just twenty bucks when they claim a hassle-free thirty day return guarantee that apparently doesn't apply to anyone. They kept telling me the hair was fine and that I was using it wrong instead of standing behind their product. Don't fall for the marketing. I tried posting an honest review and they blocked it because it told the truth. Stay away from this place.

Be super careful before ordering from these people. I bought what was supposed to be a 12 inch wig but got something that looked like 8 or 10 inches instead. Didn't catch it right away so I went ahead and cut the lace already. When I tried sending it back, they rejected it saying they can't take it because I cut the lace. That part I get, but my real issue is why send me the wrong size to begin with. Ended up losing $140 because of their mistake. Make sure you know exactly what you're getting.

These wigs are way harder to work with than they advertise. Even though I got the glueless version, I still had to trim the lace myself. I followed tons of YouTube tutorials and still couldn't get it to look right.

But the 13 by 6 lace didn't cover enough of my sides and my head was smaller than the twenty-two inch measurement they listed. Most importantly, after just two days it started shedding like crazy. Bald patches appeared all over. They responded pretty quickly when I contacted them with photos, but their only options were a twenty-five dollar refund or a coupon. I paid almost two hundred for a wig I could wear twice. It should've lasted several months. When I asked for more of my money back, they said they couldn't because of their expenses. The hair quality was actually nice, so I bought a closure to cover the bald spots. I had to hand pluck each hair on the lace because it came off so easily. That closure gave me a bit more wear, but if I wasn't someone who does hair, it would've been a complete loss. Overall, they took my almost two hundred dollars for a product I couldn't even wear, and offered me nothing real in return. Buy at your own risk.

This was my first wig purchase and I was completely let down. The style looked way too fake and unnatural on me. The shedding was out of control. It wouldn't lay properly on my forehead either, just sat there like I was wearing a helmet. The wigs you see these online personalities advertising don't match what they're actually shipping out to regular customers.

Really bad quality wigs. The length and density don't match what's advertised and after just one wash the whole thing fell apart. The lace in the front shed so much that bald spots developed on the sides. I was constantly retrimming the lace to try to cover it. The hair kept breaking and shedding nonstop. It's over processed and just low quality overall.

Awful customer support from start to finish. My order came wrong and when I asked about returning it, I heard nothing back for a whole month. Do not shop with this company. Super disappointed overall.

Following up on my previous experience with this company. After messaging them on social media, they finally got me a tracking number and claimed they'd sent me confirmation. I checked everywhere - inbox, spam, junk, trash - and nothing showed up. They provided a screenshot that they sent it but I never got it. Eventually they resent it with the tracking info, and Kate also came through with the number. I was able to track my package and see it's currently in London. Will update once the hair actually arrives.
