Got jackets for my son and husband as holiday gifts, and they weren't cheap either. About a month or two into wearing them regularly, they both started getting pilled, which says something bad about the build quality. Contacted the seller asking about options and was informed there's no warranty on them. Felt pretty let down and won't be recommending them to anyone else.

Ordered the Bicomp Jacket and was thrilled at first, but then the fabric started falling apart with pilling all over it. The individual threads were literally pulling away from the material. This jacket hasn't seen any serious outdoor use, just regular wearing around the city. I contacted the company and got a generic response that basically said tough luck. They brag about their products being tested for rugged conditions, but this one clearly fails that test. For the premium price they charge, I expected way better service and quality control. Really let down.

Bought a tent back in late October. We're now at the end of the year and it still hasn't arrived. They've started two different inquiries, both supposedly needing ten to twelve days, but both times they failed to deliver any results or reach out proactively. I've had to keep pushing them for updates. At this point, they've quit responding to my last couple of messages. This whole situation has been incredibly annoying and ranks among the absolute worst customer experiences I've had. I don't even have the tent or a straight answer about what happened.

After 25 years in my old gear, I decided to refresh my setup and went with this brand. Got a few things including the Guide Pro Hooded Jacket and the Peloton 200 Zip-T. The cuffs on the Guide Pro are super tight and annoying to get out of, and honestly it doesn't keep you warm enough on its own for cold weather. Both items have zippers that feel like something you'd find on a fancy dress, not rugged hunting clothes. It's also weird that you can't actually post reviews on their website for products. They show some reviews but nobody seems to know where they come from. Even after buying something, I couldn't leave my own review.

Bought the Kutana hybrid pants and after just one use plus washing them, pilling started showing up on the backside. The company said this is totally normal, which doesn't make sense to me. Maybe after wearing them regularly for a year or two, sure, but definitely not after a single outing. Not purchasing from this brand again.

Sent an email nine days back about a tent pole that snapped on my storm star tent. The only response I got was a message saying it was forwarded to the warranty department, but nothing since then. I've actually got footage showing this tent handling 60 mile per hour winds without breaking, but it cracked while I was taking it down. I need a replacement as the colder months are coming fast and I still have no real help.

My wife bought a hunting hat from them over five years ago. I wear it during archery season here in the region, which runs about 30 days, and I typically have it on for maybe 10 of those days each year. The velcro fell apart and stopped working. I filed a warranty claim and got denied because they said I'd gone past their so called practical product lifespan, which is just some arbitrary timeframe they made up. Lost a customer over a cheap hat because you don't stand behind expensive products. Turns out their whole company is based out of California but manufactures everything in China. There are way better options like Stone Glacier or First Lite that are made right here in the US. I'm done with this company.

The gear itself is great and well designed, but their customer service is pretty terrible when something goes wrong. I'm going to switch to a company that actually helps when there's an issue. The attachment points on my binocular pack keep breaking loose. The customer service rep keeps asking for photos and videos even though I've already sent pictures. I'm not going to film a special video for a $160 pack. Either send a replacement or don't, but asking me to spend more time would cost me more than the item is worth.

Tried to get a size exchange on a vest that was still sealed and unused at the 50 day mark. They refused to do an exchange or even give store credit. The items aren't budget friendly either, even though better alternatives cost less elsewhere. Huge mistake shopping here. The customer service people were also pretty sarcastic and rude about it. If they'd at least been courteous, I might not be complaining right now. Such terrible service from the start.

Average Customer Service and Average Products. The quality doesn't match the price tag they're asking, which is way too much. A shirt that costs over $150 and falls apart, plus they don't offer free shipping? And I had to pay to return the bad one. This company is not worth your time or cash.

Got the Upland field vest and had to make some modifications. Removed the top buckle and switched it out with a carabiner to get a better fit on my pack. Also took off the support bars since I'd never use the extended configuration anyway. The water bottle pockets feel kind of oversized too. Beyond those tweaks, it's a pretty solid vest overall.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase so far. The quality is outstanding and international shipping was smooth and simple.
