I've been shopping with this company for a while now, dropping over a thousand dollars in the last eight months, but the way they handled my last problem is making me question whether I should keep buying from them. During their warehouse sale I picked up an item they market as 'as-is' due to potential imperfections, which I get. The thing is, what I got wasn't just imperfect, it was clearly previously worn and definitely shouldn't have been put back on the shelf. The warehouse sale gives you ten minutes to go through your purchases, and I was sorting through more than forty items that day with over twenty of them being mine totaling five hundred dollars. There's just no way I could have scrutinized everything perfectly. When I contacted them about getting my money back especially since it was a gift in that terrible condition and even sent a photo, they just cited the rules and offered me partial refund of seven fifty on a fifteen dollar piece. Even after explaining how loyal I've been and how unacceptable the condition was, they wouldn't budge or offer a real solution. The whole back and forth felt really dismissive and unhelpful.

If you want premium quality clothing that looks great and feels amazing for your baby and yourself, this brand is totally worth the investment.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! My order never showed up even after waiting more than a month. Then suddenly I can't get into my email account to check on things or find my order details. I've been asking for a refund and they keep giving me the runaround. I went ahead and sent an email with screenshots of my order info and already reported it to my credit card company. BE AWARE there's a fraudulent company out there pretending to be Kyte Baby to scam people.

Really disturbed by the stories about your employee treatment. Calling yourself a family and baby focused company while treating new parent employees like that is completely unacceptable. I'm going to tell every new parent I know to steer clear. You're not running a business with basic human values, and frankly I hope you become a cautionary tale that shows consumers won't tolerate this kind of behavior. You need to change.

For a brand that claims to care about families, you'd think they'd do better, right? Actually, they should be leading the way on this stuff. Unfortunately I'm going to have to pass on buying from them going forward.

I'm obsessed with these clothes! Both of my youngest kids refuse to sleep in anything except Kyte sleep bags. We actually left one behind during a trip and went straight to a boutique the next morning to grab another one because we couldn't function without it! Plus they're super durable. My 5 month old is still comfortable in the newborn size even though other brands would already be too small.

I placed an order during their red, white and blue promotion. I combined a return credit with my credit card to pay. Everything in my cart showed the sale price when I was shopping. Then at checkout the discount vanished. I've reached out to their customer service team multiple times through email and live chat, but they've refused to actually help. I requested either the difference back or store credit and they said no to both options. I even asked to cancel the whole thing and was told it's too late. They basically told me if I want the sale price, I need to order again separately and then return the first order once it arrives for store credit, which makes zero sense.

I gave this company multiple chances to fix things when my birthday present got lost in the mail. Keep in mind I paid extra for faster delivery and still waited over two weeks. When I asked Kyte Baby what was going on, they basically said 'not our problem once it leaves our warehouse' and told me to hound their shipping partner or the post office myself. The shipping company gave me the runaround, so I went back to Kyte Baby asking them to do the right thing. They gave me conflicting info about filing a claim and made it seem like my job to figure it out. Only when I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card did they finally agree to file the claim on my end. I'm here to tell everyone that no matter what these companies claim, they're responsible for making things right. The shipping company isn't an excuse and you absolutely can dispute a non delivery charge. Don't let big businesses intimidate you. This one and others like them need to be held accountable. I won't be back and I'm telling others to avoid them too.

I didn't even know this company existed until their recent well deserved negative publicity hit. All my kids are grown now but I work as a doula and I'm completely appalled at how this brand treated a new mother with a premature baby in the hospital. If your business fails because of this, it will be entirely justified. Corporate self interest over community care is something this world is finally standing up against. Good companies uplift people with kindness. Why couldn't you do right by a mother who was already struggling?
