I followed all their steps for two weeks, submitted photos of the damage, showed proof of purchase, and then they told me since I threw away the broken item I couldn't get a replacement because I hadn't defaced it. Over sixty dollars completely gone. They don't stand behind their warranty or their products at all. I had no clue I needed to keep a broken toy around just to destroy it on camera.

Be careful with Little Tikes ads on Facebook. They look trustworthy with those fake reviews and professional credentials but don't fall for the discounted prices. I placed an order through one of their links and never received it even though tracking showed delivered. When I contacted their customer service, I only got automated responses back. When my bank flagged a suspicious charge, that confirmed something was seriously wrong.

Assembly on this is incredibly frustrating. You'll need two people who are reasonably strong, plus an electric screwdriver and various tools just to get it put together. The instruction manual is hard to follow and I definitely won't be purchasing this again or recommending it to anyone.

Returning stuff to them is annoying. They make you fill out a label and ship it yourself through USPS, which ends up costing way more than what you paid for the items in the first place. Amazon handles returns way better. Going through Little Tikes will cost you more than the toys are worth.

They sent another one but it took ten days and it was the wrong one. Now I'm waiting on a third one. I spent half an hour trying to build this slide and I'm genuinely upset about it. The design and materials are just not good. The plastic spindle is weak while the metal end caps are overly strong, making it nearly impossible to attach them properly without them sitting crooked. Following the instructions to lay it on its side doesn't help because there's nothing supporting the spindle from underneath. The feet at the bottom are poorly designed too and my child dented them just by standing on the product. This definitely doesn't live up to its name of being easy. I really enjoyed Little Tikes products in the past but I won't be buying from them again.

We've dealt with month after month of broken promises and delivery dates that never happen, with excuses about shipping problems. But that shouldn't matter because these parts either exist and are ready or they don't. If they're not available, say so instead of making promises. The summer season is basically over at this point. We're going to ask for our money back.
