Don't waste your time with this company. Their customer service is terrible and they'll mislead you about what to expect. Do yourself a favor and buy your leather products from someone more reliable. Total letdown from start to finish.

I've been buying from this company for a long time and they're usually my first choice. The color I always loved, their scarlet red, got discontinued this year and they introduced a new buoy red instead which leans more pink. Not my preference but I ordered a few things in the new shade anyway. I stick with them because their leather is solid and genuine with no fancy branding. The quality of their oiled smooth leather used to be consistent but lately some items have lost that premium feel. Still loyal though because real leather without logos is hard to find. I have tons of their pieces in my collection that I genuinely love, especially in red.

The company's system entered the wrong delivery address into their shipping software, even though my order had the correct one on file. When I called to report the problem, they told me to contact the carrier. I expressed my frustration, got put on hold, and was promised a callback that never happened. When my package still didn't show up, they again said it was the carrier's issue and refused to refund me. They didn't take any responsibility even though the error was on their end. Deal with this company at your own risk.

Working with their customer service has been incredibly frustrating. My order came in late, and now they're saying it won't ship until way down the road. I asked to cancel but they refused. I also tried to cancel just the personalization since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but they wouldn't let me do that either. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Please avoid this place.

Bought their thin bifold wallet for seventy dollars and within the first year my credit cards started sliding out of the card slots during normal use. Even slight movement makes them pop right out. I've owned much cheaper wallets that don't have this problem. For the price they're charging, the quality should be a lot better. I'd suggest finding a different brand.

Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service and my order hasn't shipped after over a week. I tried to cancel but they refused even though it clearly hasn't been sent out yet. Seems like just another sketchy site pushing low quality drop ship products.

Purchased two sunglass cases with carabiners to attach to my bag. Used each one just a few times and they kept falling off my purse. The carabiner design doesn't stay secure properly. Good idea in theory but it just doesn't work. Won't be ordering from this company again.

Bought an iPad leather case and the zipper stopped working within a year. I filed a warranty claim but they've been completely unresponsive to my phone calls. They keep saying a supervisor needs to handle it but she's never available. It's disappointing to see how far their customer support has fallen. I won't be ordering from them again.

Their customer service is really bad. They don't respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Very frustrating experience.

Placed an order Friday night and called Saturday morning to change the monogram color. They said I couldn't make any changes. I've been a great customer who's bought lots of things over the years, but that was it for me. They insisted the order was locked even though it takes two weeks to arrive. Seems like it wouldn't be that hard to find my order and just swap the monogram color. Won't be shopping with them again.

I had to write this review because I was so impressed with my experience here. I ordered on a Sunday and was told it would arrive after Valentine's Day. It showed up four days later, just before the holiday. The personalized wallet looks fantastic and the quality is beautiful. Really happy with how fast everything came.

Terrible service from this company. They promise delivery dates they don't meet and they flat out lie about shipping timelines without any concern.

Ordered a leather item for a special occasion but the company failed to get it shipped on time. Instead of doing the right thing and issuing a refund, they only offered store credit. Any legitimate business would have apologized immediately and given me my money back. On top of that, I've been reading other customer experiences and it seems like their products don't hold up well. Really disappointed with how this was handled. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else for quality leather goods.

Spent over a hundred dollars on a wallet in January and by August it started falling apart. The stitching came undone right out of the box. Customer support offered to replace it or give me store credit, but I asked for a full refund and they said no. For that price point, I expect a wallet to last longer than seven months. They really should stand behind what they sell. Save your money and grab a genuine leather wallet from somewhere else for half the price. You'll probably get better durability.
