Great shipping experience. The light itself was excellent. They did send the wrong bracket initially, but customer service quickly fixed it by shipping out the correct rear window mount bracket for my truck.
I got sent the wrong light bar and had to wait two weeks to receive it. The item wasn't even what I ordered and was missing the control unit. They did provide a return label at no cost, which was helpful. But then when they got it back, they told me the correct one I wanted wouldn't be available for a month. I asked for my money back and they processed it, though I won't be ordering again. Nobody picked up the phone when I called, just voicemail that went unanswered. The whole ordeal was disappointing. I ended up getting a similar light bar from another retailer through Amazon and received it within a week, and it works perfectly. LED Equipped does have decent products, but their customer service needs serious improvement.
Really impressive, extremely bright even when the sun is shining directly on it. Small complaint is they don't include instructions, and for truck applications the cord length is a bit short.
Outstanding brightness, visible even in bright sunlight. The only negatives are no user guide included and the power cord isn't long enough for bigger rigs.
