A staff member at the Barnes Crossing location in Tupelo, Mississippi really went above and beyond for my sister and me! We needed help picking out younger-looking styles and he made sure we both walked away with perfect frames. He gave us so much attention and really understood what we were looking for. This guy knows how to treat customers right!

When we got to the second location, a few employees recognized the name of the staff member from the first store and started laughing, mentioning something about his customers being there again. That told me this might be a pattern, which was troubling. Between the eye exam and trying to wrap up the sale, we lost almost six hours to this whole ordeal.

The team at my local Macy's location has been wonderful for years! Both staff members I worked with showed genuine kindness and really knew their stuff. Can't speak highly enough about these folks and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
