Very bad experience with lenskart

Very bad experience with lenskart , their showroom in Mumbai staff is not good and they dont even give eye testing service below 18 years , my 15 year old boy chose two specs by spending 1 hour there and at last they said we dont give eye testing facility, fully time waste , lenskart losing customer who was about to purchase only by putting stupidity rules and staff behaviour is also very bad I will never become a customer of lenskart now , in our family we 4 people are who wear specs , so ultimately by this ridiculous behaviour you loss recurrent customer purchase, big no to lenskart

Worst

I have buy my specs from lenskart I have heard name very much that's why me amd my mother went to lenskart there is a male staff who is attending us and he don't know how to speak there is a constant unusual attitude tone which not seems professional then he not seems intrested selling us frames he is just looking here and there and I decided to buy my specs from there only then there is a mam who just checked my eyes and said you have to check your eye no. One more time I think it get increased then my mother said ok for that then after check up there is actually my no. is increased then we went there and place order now shift to the delivery day which me and my mother went to the store then that lady takes my phone and give goods reviews like 10 stars and many more as we know reviews is for the store given by costomer that lady gives the reviews by their own then I came back home after aday there is a scratch actually a big scratch now after 4 months there is lot of scratches on my lens and the frame become lose worst in all term it is just like a use and throw pen it is just like that use for a day and throw

Unreliable in quality and delivery

Unreliable in quality and delivery. Bad customer service. I ordered my lens and eyeglasses and needed them before a certain date the rep promised it will deliver before the date. Upon tracking the delivery was delayed - I reached out to customer support to expedite with shipment provider - he promised I will get my shipment in time. I never got my shipment. Frustrating AI chat bot experience- so tough to even get connected to a human to solve queries. Even when connected they make false promises.

Pathetic service by lenskart staff

I placed order on 4 Dec 25 for lenses replacement and they brokey frame and informed me on delivery date that was 11 Dec 25 and asked for to choose new frame ,I did as they said , and now they r informing me that I'll get my lenses on 27 Dec 25 , If I go to local store it will be ready within 2/3 days, even anything happens it will take more 2/3 days...lenskart have big workforce still it is taking nearly a month to give lenses...and there is no customer care person to solve ur problem, they just divert u to chat boat where ur problem option is not there., store staff is so arrogant that they r not ready to adress ur problem, u just end up with mental harrasment

Don't buy contact lenses

Don't buy contact lenses, they don't have sevice for store credit to other brand lenses shown on app and again it's a scam if you order aqualenss - poor quality, Wrong Base Curve lenses sent - my order was returned 4 times because of this. And now my money is also not refunded. Online app and store are two different lenskart brands (they don't accept eachothers statement) if you went online only they solve and if you went store it's again only store that can attend. They also have errors online e on the app it's written 8.6 BC but they say I ordered 8.5 and confuse you - shit sevice

I’m extremely disappointed with Lenskart’s service and how this issue has been handled.I ordered eyewear under the name Dakshana after a home eye-check visit. The agent confidently assured me that the frame would fit perfectly, so I went ahead and paid. However, when the product arrived, the glasses were clearly oversized and unusable.When I visited the store for help, I was told it would cost around ₹6,000 to fix and that I should place a new order online instead. This is unacceptabl especially since I had already paid extra for blue screen and thin lens options. Why should I pay again due to incorrect guidance from Lenskart’s own agent?What’s worse is that the return is not processing at all. I’ve tried multiple times to return this item, but the system simply doesn’t allow it. The return deadline is 26th, and customer support has been of no help so far.I am a Gold member, and this experience feels misleading and unfair. This is not how a company should treat its premium customers. Delay in delivery and lack of responsibility

I had placed an order from the Netherlands to deliver it in Mumbai as a friend was travelling from Mumbai . I had clearly stated the ordering team on the delivery date . The initial date of delivery was 15th and on 15th I receive a message that it will be delivered on 22nd. 1 week of delay and no support on changing the delivery location anywhere else within India is very disappointing. Do not ever buy from Lenskart.
