Ordered two new purifiers and when they arrived the power supplies were missing. Levoit told me they can't send replacement power supplies because they don't stock spares for their own products. Just skip this company entirely. Their support is useless and they don't even keep basic replacement parts on hand for what they sell.

This is about my experience with Levoit UK. I spotted their 42 inch smart tower fan on Amazon and wanted it, but shipping would take 1 to 4 weeks. So I went directly to the Levoit UK site where they had the non-smart version marked down by £20 with delivery in just 5 days. I ordered right away. Things got suspicious when I was told to download a third party app to track my order. I got it installed but the app kept crashing immediately after opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with no luck. I emailed customer service and they promised they'd send me an email once my order shipped. Two days later I got an email, but it wasn't a shipping confirmation. Instead they said the item was sold out, might come back in stock eventually, and that my £20 discount was no longer valid. I obviously wasn't okay with this so I cancelled. Now I'm stuck waiting for my refund which could take 10 days. One more thing that bothered me was that there's no phone number for customer support at all. The whole thing was really disappointing. I'm not questioning the quality of their products, but this whole process was just terrible.

All five of my Levoit air purifiers run perfectly. The app connects reliably every time and everything syncs up both through the app and manual controls. I'm going to keep buying Levoit products. This feels like a scam because there's literally no way to get in touch with them. I bought two Levoit LV-H13 tower air purifiers from Levoit through Amazon about a year back. Now I need to buy replacement filters but they've delisted the purifier from Amazon and removed it from their EU site, plus they don't sell the matching filters anymore. I tried calling the number on their website but it doesn't work, and their EU customer email just goes unanswered. I've spent over £600 on air purifiers that I can't use anymore because I can't get replacement filters. Stay away from Levoit. Their filters were advertised as HEPA but they later changed that claim. This company isn't trustworthy and doesn't seem interested in treating customers fairly.

Got a cordless vacuum model and after charging the battery and turning it on, the brush light stopped working. I tried phoning support three times total. The wait times were long and I think the max was around 20 minutes each. I decided to stop bothering and just return it. Going back to a brand I trust. The pricing here doesn't match the quality you'd expect.

Purchased the Levoit humidifier model LV600HH back in 2022, now marketed as the Smart Humidifier and it's one of their pricier options on Amazon. Within two years the unit started turning itself off unexpectedly even after proper cleaning. The real problem is the terrible design. Refilling involves removing the tank, flipping it over and filling from underneath, which is awkward and confusing. The cap screws on really tight, seemingly due to water pressure buildup, and I constantly struggle to open it. Reassembling always creates water spillage. There's also an open vent area that supposedly must never contact water with almost no warning about it besides a don't do it note, which feels unsafe. Overall it's overly complicated and poorly thought out. I have several other humidifiers and this is the only one that causes me problems. Wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

I got the Levoit humidifier model LV600HH back in 2022, which they now call their Smart Humidifier and it's pricey on Amazon. After a couple years it started shutting itself off randomly even after I cleaned it thoroughly. My main complaint is how poorly it's designed. To refill the water tank you have to take it out, flip it upside down and add water from the bottom, which is unnecessarily complicated. The lid screws down really tight after each use, probably from water pressure, so I'm always wrestling to get it open. When you put the tank back in water spills everywhere. Plus there's this open hole that supposedly can't get wet but there's barely any warning about it, just a vague "don't do it" kind of instruction, which feels risky. It's just a frustrating, badly designed product. I have other humidifiers and this is the only one that stresses me out. I can't recommend it.

Their customer service basically doesn't exist. You'll be on hold for ages. I tried again the next day and heard a recording telling me to just email them. My Superior model was working fine for a year and a half and then it just shut down even though the water indicator wasn't on and I had 6 gallons in the tank. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere instead of buying this thing from Levoit.

The air purifier itself performs well enough and has some nice features. But I accidentally touched one of the buttons and it reset the filter life counter. Now I don't know when to replace the filter, which is annoying because swapping it out too early wastes money and too late might hurt performance. It would help if the app kept a history of your old filters and their remaining life so you could revert if you hit the filter replacement button by accident. Another option would be to use a physical button instead of a touchscreen so accidental contact doesn't trigger anything. Or maybe require a harder press instead of just touching it to reset. I know there's a display lock feature but it's all or nothing, doesn't let you disable specific buttons, and I need to use the physical buttons often to toggle the screen and manage power. The current setup isn't very user friendly.

Best humidifier out there. Got the extra large model and it's fantastic. I thought it might make things feel uncomfortable in the house but it doesn't at all. Works like a charm and the setup was quick and painless. Really happy with this one.

This company provides NO customer service whatsoever. I had several questions that weren't clearly addressed in the user manual, which was incredibly long and overwhelming to get through. When you call them they have a voicemail saying they can't take calls because they're swamped, and they tell you to email instead and expect a reply within 48 hours. I sent an email on Monday and never heard anything back by Friday. In the meantime I realized the product isn't doing what it's supposed to do anyway, so I'm returning it.

Absolutely delighted with this air purifier. Fantastic quality and a solid product overall. Great job to Levoit on this one.

Reached out to Levoit's support directly and was impressed by their response. They shipped a replacement unit directly from their warehouse without making a fuss. Very satisfied. Levoit proved to be a reputable company in how they resolved this.
