Either they have ongoing shipping issues they can't fix or something else is going on behind the scenes. USPS definitely has problems sometimes, but this looks like a bigger pattern. And reading through all the other recent complaints here confirms it. Everything says the same thing. I sent LifeStraw an email asking for clarification.

I need to warn everyone: DO NOT BUY FROM LIFESTRAW. I placed an order more than a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They don't have a phone number for customer service. The mouthpiece gets really gross really quickly. And if you need replacement mouthpieces, good luck finding them in stock. They've been out for years.
