This product is just awful. I've put together tons of flat pack stuff over the years and this is the worst by far. Nothing aligns properly. The metal pieces like the door strips and the roof trim have holes that simply don't line up so you can't get everything screwed together right. The holes are off by miles. I've already spent 2 full days trying to adjust screws and get things to match up. Should've gone with Keter instead. Those have never given me grief. Total waste of money and effort.

My business ordered 10 folding tables which are actually really good if it weren't for the terrible customer service we went through just getting an invoice from the company. My order still shows as being shipped since mid January. Because of that, the automatic download link for my invoice doesn't work. I sent so many emails without getting a single real response. Yesterday I spent an hour chatting with support and asked twice for a copy of the chat. Got 2 automated replies with links but neither one worked. The rep promised my invoice would hit my inbox in minutes. Woke up today and checked. Nothing. I complained through the chat again and was told several invoices had been sent already and to check my spam folder. Nope, nothing in spam, junk, or trash. If I hadn't complained again today and had them paste the file in the chat, I wouldn't have gotten it at all.

Check the fine print before you buy. The name's misleading. I got this picnic table years ago and one of the seats split open on one end. Turns out the warranty only covers 2 years if you have your original receipt and can find the model number from the manual plus photos. Would've had to shell out for a replacement seat plus shipping. It's put together pretty well but the color has faded quite a bit.

The shed is built but barely functional. The door bolts don't reach at all, the window panes are a different shade than the rest, and the window installation instructions are basically impossible since there's no space to slide the panes in once the roof is on like the manual says. Pretty disappointing overall and wouldn't repurchase. Gonna have to figure out my own fix so the doors stop randomly flying open.

Skip buying straight from Lifetime. The swingset we bought direct from them dropped $200 in price at their distributors afterward. I called to ask if they could match that and they refused. So what's the point of buying from them directly? My purchase from them was way more profitable for them but they don't care about keeping customers. I'm giving 2 stars just because the swingset itself is nice. I liked the older version better and passed that one to a neighbor but bought the new one for my kids. Disappointing experience the second time around.

I'm seriously frustrated. If your time and peace of mind matter, look elsewhere. Got a double composter and the fittings broke really easily during assembly. For a product at that price point, the cheap bolts they included are inexcusable. I had to bend some parts just to make them fit like the instructions showed. When I emailed support asking for replacement parts, here's how it went: Me asking for parts xyz because they broke. Response asking for my model and phone number. I gave the model but asked why they needed my number. They asked again what my model was, then said do you want these parts? I said yes but asked why the number was required since I'm trying to avoid unwanted calls and texts. They literally asked again, do you want these parts? The whole tone was oddly aggressive and combative. Felt like I was going nowhere. Customer service here has a real attitude about them. Not worth dealing with. Getting my money back.

Just grabbed one of their utility sheds and man, I was really let down. Nothing seemed to fit the way it should have. We ended up having to drill our own holes and basically force everything together. Parts weren't lining up at all. Now I gotta take most of it apart and send it back. Honestly, this is the worst made in USA product I've ever gotten.

Got a 7 x 7 storage shed for outside and found it really hard to put together. When the first rainstorm hit, water started leaking in through the windows right away.

We've got the nicest shed around! It looks fantastic and it's built really well.

This place is a joke. I won a basketball hoop in their March Madness thing back in 2022 and never got it. When I asked about it, someone said if I gave them my address they'd ship one out. Still nothing. Nobody at the company will respond to me. The basketball goal I have now is well made though. But I'd really like to get the one I won so the neighborhood kids could use it.

Grabbed a 55qt cooler last year and it ended up leaking at the drain. Reached out to the company and they shipped a replacement part for me to swap in, but that didn't solve it. Called them back and this time they sent me a brand new cooler. That's seriously impressive customer service and they really do stand by their lifetime guarantee. They've got me as a customer for good.

Picked up a picnic table and honestly not happy with it. The whole thing warped badly and is basically useless now. It's only a year old and that doesn't seem right.

Lifetime makes garbage. I bought an 8X10 outdoor storage shed and honestly I'd rate it lower if I could. It was a complete nightmare and ate up way too much of my time and money. My whole family worked on putting this thing together twice because we took it apart and tried again hoping we could somehow get it right. The walls won't fit with the roof properly and there are huge gaps everywhere. That means rain, bugs, and rodents can get right in. The plastic is total junk. Parts literally broke off while we were screwing it all together. I've complained to both the retailer and Lifetime hoping to get some money back since returning it isn't an option anymore. Don't bother. Not worth anywhere near the price they're asking. It's a total rip off.

Big thanks to Darwin from their customer service team. My brother lent my buddy his paddle board and lost the fin locking ring. I hunted everywhere for a replacement and nothing. So I got in touch with customer service to ask where I could track down the part. Darwin got back to me asking for my address and literally 20 minutes later I got an order confirmation email for the missing piece. Seriously grateful for that quick help. When I'm ready to grab my own kayak or paddle board, I'll definitely be checking out Lifetime first.

My shed roof caved in even though we didn't get much snow that year. I couldn't track down my receipt anywhere. I sent in some photos and got back a really professional and fast response. Their customer service was excellent.
