On April 12th, I made my first purchase from you using economy shipping, which supposedly takes 3 to 9 business days. I'm pretty disappointed with how this went down. For starters, it took Lion Brand 3 full business days just to pack up one single skein of yarn, which feels like way too long. Eventually I got a tracking notification saying USPS had picked up the package, but then it sat for several more days before USPS actually received it. That's also pretty slow. Maybe part of it's on USPS, but honestly that shouldn't happen either way. If USPS is the problem, Lion Brand should switch carriers. I'm guessing it's mostly Lion Brand though, because I order from lots of other places that use USPS and I've never seen delays like that. My package finally landed on day 10, which was one day past when you said it would arrive. I might order from you one more time, but if this kind of service happens again, I'm done shopping here.
