There's zero warning anywhere that items aren't stocked in advance. I placed an order for three flags on December 1st and when I called support after a week and a half, they told me the stuff hadn't even been printed yet. Since so much time had passed, I asked if they could refund the shipping cost and drop one item from the order. Nope, both requests got shot down. Now I'm having to file a dispute with my credit card to get at least some money back.

I ordered on December 13th and they didn't ship until December 23rd. After a week went by with no updates, I tried to request a refund since I needed these for Christmas gifts and they clearly weren't going to arrive. I didn't hear back about that until after they finally shipped it, which was really frustrating. I get that the holidays are crazy, but the lack of communication until it was their convenience feels kind of shady. On top of that, the sizes run small. I got an XL and the arms feel tight. These are just standard Gildan tees like you'd find at the store, so don't expect anything premium.

The customer service here is really disappointing. Getting anyone to respond is practically impossible.
