This place operates through automated chatbots. Their rules don't make sense and change depending on which bot you talk to. Deliveries are unpredictable and packages regularly go missing. I've wasted more hours dealing with Lovevery problems in the last half year than my kid has spent actually playing with their overpriced items.

Great idea on paper, but the delivery has been a disaster. One Play Kit got held up and the next one never arrived on schedule with absolutely no communication about it. That goes against their whole subscription promise. I stopped because the service just isn't dependable.

They can't even say when those will be available, and if we want to return, there's a restocking charge. Honestly, I never would have ordered knowing about the backorder situation, let alone started assembly without all the parts. This whole experience has been frustrating.

Nobody told me how many packages I should expect, so I only found out when trying to build. Took a full week of nagging to get one box sent, then I had to do it all over again for the second one. After days of back and forth emails, they offered a 10 dollar discount, which doesn't touch the letdown of my son not having his gift for the holidays or even by New Year's. They should really step up their game.

Really impressed with this company! We've gotten multiple playkits and books from them and everything is well constructed and has held up through several kids. The prices are steep, but honestly the quality lasts so you're getting value for what you spend.

The website has a gift option but there's no way to include a personal note about who the gift is from. They have gift cards available, but only in 80 and 120 dollar amounts, which is weird since 100 would make sense.

I can't call them and social media support says they handle things differently for UK customers so it's a dead end. The toys are good quality if you actually receive them, but their order management and communication need serious work. I'm not the only one stuck in this situation.
