I'm giving this 2 stars because I've only gotten one response from the company. Depending on what happens with my next message, I might go down to 1 or up to 5. I sent an email requesting customer support but haven't heard back. Before anything else, this company needs to prioritize actually responding to customers who reach out. It's very troubling that there doesn't appear to be a straightforward way to get help from a real person. I'm trying to log back in and access my old account so I can save my information and keep using the service, but I have no idea how to do that. I haven't touched this thing in three months because I can't figure out how to get my account working again, and there's no real way to talk to someone who can help me figure it out.

I want to flag a serious concern about how this company handles their purchase process. The return and refund policies are sneakily hidden way down below the purchase button, completely out of sight. You don't have to actively agree to anything before buying, which means you might miss crucial terms and conditions. You really have to scroll past the purchase button to see all these policies. This feels like intentional deception to me, and frankly, it seems like something they should face legal consequences for. On top of that, there's no real guidance on how to properly dispose of this device. Their advice is basically to throw it away like any other battery. I've noticed lots of other negative feedback centers on their return policy, so I wanted to highlight how the company deliberately designed this to trick you into overlooking important details that should affect whether you buy. Most legitimate companies put the agreement language before the purchase button, but this one put it after on purpose, making you scroll to find it.
