I've called twice since sending the return back and it's been over 10 business days with no refund minus shipping. That's real money to me and I'm not letting this go until they give back what they took from me. I'm planning to leave this review everywhere online so other people don't get scammed like I did.

Watch out for Luminess! I signed up for their subscription and got shipped items I never asked for and don't even want. The shade from my first purchase is way too pale now that I have a summer tan. When I called to send things back they said subscription items are final sale and can't be returned. Their ads claim you don't pay unless you're happy with it, but that's only true for your first order. I wanted to switch the shade on my subscription but was told I'm stuck with the original color I chose. After I cancelled I still had to pay for all those unwanted items they sent. None of the products even came with instructions! Do yourself a favor and look for better companies on Amazon instead. Much cheaper, better quality and they actually stand behind what they sell.
I got their try before you buy offer and it took forever to arrive. When I used it the shade wasn't what I thought it would be. Then I found out they were going to charge me over $90, so I called to send it back and was told I'd missed the trial window. I wasn't about to spend $90 when the price should have been $29.99.
