I was so happy when I found these silk slippers because they're beautiful and stylish. But after wearing them just twice they got really loose and don't provide any support at all. For what they cost I expected both comfort and style to last. Now they're too loose to wear properly with my silk loungewear set which is really disappointing since I loved them so much at first. I normally wear size 9 and a half and I wish I'd gone down to a 9. If you're between sizes I'd suggest ordering a half size or even a full size smaller.

Their customer service is really bad. They take forever to respond to emails and I paid extra for quick shipping that took five days to arrive. They refused to give back the shipping cost.

The fabric on their silk pajamas actually feels amazing but I wish they held up better given what they cost. Three of my bottoms started coming apart at the seams. When I called their customer service about it they didn't help fix the problem at all.

They hire a service to make all their reviews look amazing instead. All the good feedback you see is basically paid marketing. Don't trust them.

Second, shipping takes forever. Not talking about the carrier either, they're slow packing orders. Two weeks went by and my stuff still wasn't shipped. Third, their business practices are strange. They charge your card immediately after you buy but it's taking weeks to ship. Most stores wait until they actually send it. Fourth, reading other reviews I keep seeing the same customer service complaints over and over. That shouldn't be happening for a company this size.
