Things only moved when we filed a dispute through our payment provider and took it to the claim stage. Then Gil suddenly contacted us, but only to pressure us into dropping the claim. We forwarded everything to our payment provider and got our money back in full. This place is sketchy through and through. Stay away and tell everyone you know. We've also filed formal complaints with consumer protection agencies to add to their file.
Just so you know what happened after I left a negative review here. A couple days later they reached out wanting to apologize and offered me a hundred bucks as a sorry. There was one catch though, they wanted me to take down my review first. I think that's probably how they manage to keep their ratings looking decent on this site.
