I'm enjoying my Magicycle Cruiser Pro a lot and having a blast. That said, for a bike at this price point, I'd expect better attention to detail. The battery charging port cover came to me split and warped, so I can't use it to protect the port from dirt. I also had to reposition the grommet where cables pass through on the bottom of the frame near the handlebars.

This is my third Magicycle purchase. The customer service is seriously top-notch. The team responds to any question within 24 hours or sooner. I didn't read the specs carefully enough and didn't realize my new Deer 2.0 came with a left-side thumb throttle. My first two Magicycles had right-hand twist throttles, and as someone who's ridden motorcycles my whole life, I assumed the new one would be the same. I was wrong! The bigger 8-speed shifter on the Deer 2.0 is much larger than the old 7-speed, so they had to go with the left thumb throttle setup. Coming from a twist-throttle background, I was shocked when it arrived. After a couple messages with the support team explaining my situation, they sent me a twist throttle and the older shifter at no cost and no shipping charge so I could swap everything to the right-hand setup. This generous gesture went way beyond what they owed me, since it was my mistake. This company truly cares about making customers happy.

We bought 2 Magicycles and have had zero problems. We're impressed by how well made these bikes are. The gears change smoothly, pedaling feels smooth, and the electric motor works perfectly. I have a Cruiser Pro and she has an Ocelot.

I'm really upset with how Magicycle handled my situation. When my bike arrived with serious damage, a bent rim, spokes sticking through the wheel, and a broken brake lever clip, I reported everything right away with photos and clear explanations. Instead of real help, I got a strange 1 AM reply telling me to just adjust the rim myself. Over the past week, dealing with them has been frustrating and confusing. One person says replacement parts are on the way, then another email says it's being reviewed by engineers. Nobody will give me a straight answer. I still don't have a tracking number and no actual resolution, just apologies and vague assurances. They promised tracking information days ago but I've heard nothing. My original order showed up in six days, so the slow response on fixing my damaged bike doesn't make sense. This kind of confusion and lack of urgency is unacceptable. I've been patient and cooperative, but I'm tired of waiting.

My cruiser is fantastic! The customer service team is wonderful and the bike itself is rock solid and comfortable. People compliment it all the time. Totally worth every penny!

I'm really happy with my Ocelot Pro from Magicycle. It's the right size for me and the speed and performance match what I was looking for. I love cruising around and exploring my area. Looking ahead to many more adventures. The company is solid and delivers on their word. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone shopping for an E-Bike.

I first found out about the Magicycle Cruiser through a YouTube video. I knew it might be a bit tall for my frame, but I couldn't pass it up. At 68, this bike makes me feel like I'm 28 again. Climbing the hills around my neighborhood is a breeze now and I don't come home exhausted and drenched in sweat anymore. It takes a little practice to handle in tight spaces. The throttle stays active at any speed when powered on, so you have to stay alert. Otherwise, the power and torque are exceptional.

Since I'm not trained as a mechanic, I had questions about putting it together. I reached out through their support email and got quick, helpful answers back. Got the Deer model and I'm really satisfied with how solid and durable it is. It's a step-through frame with rear suspension. Being 6 foot 2 and 230 pounds, the bike handles beautifully for someone my size. The hydraulic brakes are excellent and the 750 W motor is fantastic. I would've preferred 1000 W but they didn't have it available at the time. Still, this bike is incredibly fast and strong. The 52 V 21AH battery gives me range that's hard to beat. Perfect choice for a larger rider like me.

This is an awesome bike. It was my first time with an e-bike and I'm hooked. I can't imagine going back to regular bicycles after riding the Ocelot Pro.
