I signed up thinking it would work out since people I knew had found their spouses here. But times have changed. The site that might have been solid years ago clearly isn't anymore, and honestly, most dating platforms feel the same way now. They're just money-hungry operations. No good options to choose from. I dropped eighty dollars for three months of the basic plan and felt disappointed immediately. Most of what I found were AI accounts and con artists. My search criteria constantly returned zero matches. I tweaked my search in different ways and still got hardly anything useful, mostly profiles from people way outside my area who didn't fit what I was looking for. I'd rather go back to meeting people the old-fashioned way at social gatherings and face-to-face events. Online dating just isn't working for me. It's basically a money machine with barely any real success.

After canceling within three weeks because there weren't enough people worth matching with, the site blocked my access even though they claimed I could keep using it until my paid period ended. When I reached out to support, they made me submit appeals through their forms. I filled everything out, but then they said I had to do it all over again. When I pointed out I already did, they just told me to repeat it and then stopped responding. This is basically theft, plus they have all my photos and information that I can't delete.

Trying to cancel my automatic renewal has been a nightmare. It's virtually impossible to do it. I'm frustrated, anxious, and honestly don't know what my next step should be. Really wish I'd looked at reviews before signing up. My advice to everyone else: stay away from this site.

They told me they'd give me a refund and claimed it was processed, saying it would show in my account within a couple days. A week later, I followed up and they said since I used Apple, I had to deal with Apple. So I contacted Apple and they had no record of it. I got bounced back and forth for over two months. Then I checked my PayPal and found where the charge came from directly, went back to them with proof, and they approved it. Getting them to respond took a week and ten attempts. When they finally did, they claimed I'd already gotten a refund before and that was a one-time thing. I explained this was different, but they insisted they couldn't help because I'd already used their refund policy once. Don't use this service. It's the worst dating site around, full of scammers, and you won't get real support. They take your money and keep taking it.

Yet another five stars for this ridiculous website. They continue with their annoying policy of throwing captchas at members constantly, even when they're already emailing them. The whole site is frustrating and pointless for non-paying users while they rake in money through misleading tactics. But when you actually pay those inflated subscription prices, you find out how terribly they handle you. Their sister platform, POF, is going in the same direction.

Another five stars for this joke of a website. Based on my past experience, they keep bothering paying members with endless captcha checks despite sending emails. The site itself is annoying and doesn't offer much unless you're paying, while they make tons of money through clickbait. Once you start paying those high subscription fees, you discover how poorly they treat you. Their other site, POF, is heading down the same path.

The latest version is garbage. Customer support just sends automated replies. My advice is to skip it and give this app a one-star rating on the app store to warn other people. Don't let them trap you in their money-making scheme.

Horrible outfit with tons of fake accounts. I'm planning to file a complaint with trading standards because this is ridiculous. They're fraudulent, taking money from people who think they're meeting real potential partners. It's disgusting and dishonest.

It's absolutely outrageous that canceling auto-renewal is only possible during a tiny window. The system says you can cancel within 24 hours of purchase and 48 hours before your current pass ends, claiming it's for technical reasons. That's clearly nonsense and just a tactic to prevent cancellations. I purchased a six-month pass, which gives you maybe 3 days out of 180 to cancel, and one of those is the first day! This policy is disgraceful and deliberately unfair. And when I tried to cancel within that 48-hour window, the option wasn't even there.

Looking at all these negative comments here, I've gotta say I had a wonderful experience. I met an amazing man in September 2014, got engaged in February 2015, and married him last September. We're celebrating our first anniversary this weekend. Sometimes good things take time to happen. I started with their free week offer and he was the first and only person I talked to. I'm so grateful because I found my perfect partner, my best friend, and my soulmate through this service.

The experience here is awful, but I had way better luck on another dating site.
