I ordered a bag on March 8th as a birthday gift for March 28th and it still hasn't arrived. It supposedly shipped on the 19th, but no one from customer service is responding to me. The tracking info from the postal service shows it hasn't been delivered to them yet either. I'm also filing a dispute with my credit card company about this.

I've purchased bags from them in physical stores before where the quality and durability were solid. This time I ordered a crossbody style online and was really disappointed. The item felt cheap and looked very low quality - like something from a discount bin or street vendor. The return policy buried in the fine print won't let you return sale items, so I'm stuck with it. That's 50 pounds down the drain including shipping. I won't be ordering from them online again.

Matt and Nat used to be such a reliable Canadian, cruelty-free brand. Unfortunately, things have changed. The quality feels like it's gone downhill and now resembles mass-produced fashion instead. I bought a weekender back in the spring and took it on just two short trips with minimal packing - just light clothes and small toiletries. The shoulder strap attachment point completely ripped apart, making the bag unwearable. Looking at the stitching, there weren't many stitches holding it together to begin with, with zero reinforcement or extra support to prevent failure. Now I'm dealing with a tedious replacement process that isn't customer-friendly, and they'll likely just send me the same bag with identical weak construction. It's basically only good for carrying lightweight items like feathers or cotton. If you're purely after looks without caring about how long something lasts, this brand might work for you, but there are other options out there with better durability and style combined.

I wish I'd read customer feedback online first before buying from here. It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten my refund. Now they're not answering my messages at all. Just a heads up - you have to handle your own return shipping, which isn't common with most online retailers anymore.

I've bought bags from them twice and both times the shipping was quick and hassle-free. What really stands out is how well these bags hold up over time. I use mine every day and it still looks practically brand new with vibrant colors and minimal wear. The durability is seriously impressive.
