I spent over 1,000 dollars on each of two nightstands from this company. The delivery was quick and went without issues, but the furniture just isn't worth the price tag. When you pull the drawers open, the whole nightstand shifts. There's also a leather accent piece held on with Velcro that's pretty cheap looking. For what they're charging, the quality of these items is not there.

Had a really bad experience. The rug sheds like crazy and my chandelier arrived in pieces. When I asked them to replace either the glass or send me a new one, they said no. Given how much they charge, you'd think their items and customer support would be way better. Would not recommend.

Picked up a Christmas tree a month early and it's absolutely gorgeous. Arrived super fast. Three days later it went on a huge 50 percent sale. Called their customer service line I found and they said they don't take phone calls and to send an email instead. I emailed and never heard back. They also said if you send multiple emails they'll push you further back in the queue. I really do like their products, they're beautiful and well made. But their customer service is the absolute worst. Nobody responds to anything. You can't reach a real person. That's why I'm giving two stars. There are items I'd buy from their site if it weren't for how terrible they are at handling customer issues. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Bought a 10x12 Rosemarie rug for almost 1,200 dollars and it arrived with missing thread patches covering it. I sent pictures to their studio asking for a refund because the rug is garbage. They claimed they did quality control and said I could return it if I paid for shipping plus a 30 percent restocking fee. Absolute rip off. I want my full refund and they can cover the return shipping for this worthless rug. This company is a complete scam. Looks decent online but the actual product is junk.

Ordered three mini ottomans and they're nothing like what showed online. They're a medium brown instead of the rich cognac color pictured. The fringe trim is also uneven and sloppy. I paid good money for what turned out to be poor quality and workmanship. I tried contacting them to see about a return and they refused to do anything about it. Don't shop here. They won't stand behind their products or try to make things right with unhappy customers.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered from overseas to pick up at a NYC hotel with just 10 days notice. Out of my whole order, only one item showed up. The rest vanished somewhere. No emails answered. No assistance whatsoever. Can't even cancel the order since nobody knows if it'll ever ship. I expected much better from an American company. This is nowhere near the professional image they project. Will you please respond and actually help?

McGee and Co has the worst communication I've ever experienced. For nearly a month I've been trying to get in touch about an order from September 10th through email and voicemail, but no one ever calls back. All I get is an answering machine. The customer support email they promote keeps bouncing back saying the inbox is full. An AI chatbot named FIN responds sometimes but doesn't actually answer anything. When you ask FIN to connect you with a real person, you just get another full mailbox message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Owners Shea and Sid really need to fix their customer service or they're going to tank their reputation.

McGee & Co handled their rewards program really badly and it feels like they're ripping off customers. I had saved up 7,800 points that should have been worth 390 dollars. Got ready to buy something and found out they completely changed the rules without telling anyone. Now my points are only worth 78 dollars. Their response was basically sorry you're upset but we can't do anything. Super unprofessional. After spending over 5,000 dollars with them I expected better. In the last three months alone I placed multiple orders and many of them had missing items, damaged goods, or just terrible quality overall. I ordered a table clock for 95 dollars as part of a big order and never got it. I pushed them to send me a replacement. A month later it finally arrived but it was scratched and the leather was peeling. Since I was away and missed their return deadline which they caused by messing up the original shipment, they offered me about 8 dollars for a 95 dollar clock in bad condition. Never ordering from them again.

Really impressed with their product selection. Everything is well made, the website is user friendly, and my order arrived in a reasonable timeframe.

These pillow covers are wonderful. The brass closures are such a nice touch and really add something special to the look.

This blanket is fantastic! Works great as a throw for the couch and perfect for wrapping up around the fire pit outside. It's a lighter weight but great for keeping warm on chilly nights.

Top notch customer service. My client's rug showed up with a tear. The delivery driver spotted the damage right away and didn't even remove it from the truck. They shipped a replacement immediately without any hassle.

Got my second Dana nightstand and it's absolutely beautiful. The delivery person even commented on how nice it looked. I ordered one the first time just to check it out, and I loved it so much I came back for another.
