Got the cleaning set as a Christmas present for my grandson, but the duster broke after just a few hours. I reached out to see about a replacement. They were slow to respond because of the holidays, but after a couple weeks they emailed asking for details and my receipt. They couldn't replace the broken piece but offered me a different toy instead, which I took. Just arrived and it's great. Really appreciate them stepping up with such good service. The fishing rod in the fishing playset snapped the second we opened it on Christmas morning. The wood had a defect where it broke. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Background noise was loud, their accent was thick, and they kept saying everything was fine and to just send pictures and the item number. Said they'd take care of me. But then the email came back saying sorry, no receipt means no replacement. The product defect is obvious from the pictures but apparently that doesn't matter. Spent two weeks going back and forth with emails. Got told it would be escalated, then another email said they couldn't help. Called again and was told they needed to escalate it, but when I pointed out it already was, they said no it wasn't. Never buying from this company again. If they won't look at clear photo evidence of a defect, I'm done for good.

The website switched my shipping address back to my billing address. I called right when they opened at 9 am and got connected to a really unprofessional phone center. There was tons of noise, the person I talked to kept laughing with someone else in the background and kept hanging up on me. She had a hard time with English and spelling. Then she told me the company won't change your shipping address. Just a terrible experience. Won't recommend them.

I placed a phone order and was supposed to get 30% off but didn't. Called to complain and they said they'd fix it when my stuff arrived. After 4 phone calls with promises to call me back, nothing happened. Tried again for a 5th time and they said I used points so I couldn't use a coupon. But I have zero points! My online account shows no points anywhere. This company tells you one thing and does another. All this over $9. I asked them to send me a return label and I'd send everything back. They didn't want to do that either. I have 9 grandkids and won't spend another penny here. Worst service I've ever had.

Bought a police costume for our 3 year old son thinking it would be good quality since it's from this brand. After he wore it for a couple hours I noticed a large hole in the pocket. Tried contacting their customer service through Amazon but got no response. Pretty disappointing overall.

I'd give this negative stars if possible. I bought something and called to cancel within 5 minutes because I found it cheaper elsewhere. They told me cancellation wasn't possible. That's ridiculous. I've returned items from other companies without any trouble. I'm never shopping here again.

We bought a $150 train set for our grandchild and the whole thing needs to be remade. You can't even play with it without it falling to pieces immediately. Our grandchild keeps saying the train broke. It's a complete waste of money and the child is really upset because it breaks the second she touches it.

The toys themselves are nice but their customer service is awful. My toy arrived with pieces missing from the package and they said they couldn't replace it even though it came that way brand new. That's basically false advertising. No other toy company has ever given me this problem. Missing items happen but every other company just sends replacements. My little girl is upset because she doesn't have everything that's pictured on the box.

If you want quality toys and good customer service, this isn't where to shop. Their selection is limited and their support is lacking. There are much better options out there for buying toys that are both creative and well-made.

Not the right gift for what I was hoping for. The sleeves on these headbands are really difficult to put on.

Bought two dolls in early November as Christmas gifts for my grandkids. Got them on November 15 and they weren't what I wanted, so I sent them back that same day. Fast forward to December 21st and still no refund! I've called several times and keep hearing I need to wait 30 days. Well it's been way more than 30 days and still nothing as of this morning. They take your money out fast but good luck getting it back. This is unacceptable.

Worst toy maker out there. Their customer service is terrible and the quality is worse. The paint on their wooden toys chips and rubs off super easily. I was shocked when I cleaned them for the first time with just a paper towel and water and paint came right off. Called to complain and they asked for photos, which I sent, but never heard anything back. To return things you have to mail everything yourself and include a return number on a paper slip. I'm stuck with toys I can't donate because I don't want paint ending up on someone else's hands.
